Pros: The service level from here, omg where do I start, you are greeted respectfully by everyone from the guards to the reception, restaurant and bar, cleaners all amazing, cheerful kind smiles, they are always willing to help, amazing staff, engaging and tentative, the only thing is the ones in the massage area team kind of stand out not as engaging, but are fine once you interact. The facilities are clean, if you have any issues, they service it quickly Now the food, good food also service for this was always so quick and at my door in the matter of minutes unbelievable timing They keep you updated on current events in whats app I will happily reeturn

Pros: Large spacious rooms, good buffet breakfast, pool bar area is amazing nice place to relax. Staff all nice and friendly

Pros: Clean property. Room was clean and looked after. Room smelt nice which seems to be rare in Bali for this price point. All essential shops opposite from the lobby such as laundry service, spa, barber and a convenience store with few restaurants. Breakfast was great.

Great stay - very comfortable, good breakfast, great villa and complimentary services for the villa.

Pros: Great hotel, villa was great with private pool. Complimentary was the fact that you could have breakfast in the villa with no additional costs and you could choose your own menu. Great service in terms of the fridge in the villa. Cola, Sprite and water bottles in the fridge, water bottles in the bathrooms were re-stocked and if you were out of it, you can just call room service to bring it to you. You could play your own music very loud on the speakers or on the television. Everything in bathroom is re-stocked every day including the towels of the pool. All in all a great stay.

Cons: Timings of the beach shuttle, you can only go once in an hour, would be great if you could go 2 times in an hour.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and the location is perfect, the private pool is also a very good size for a family and gets plenty of sun and shade at different times of the day. The beds were comfy and all the staff were lovely.

Cons: The villa is a little tired and weathered, the exterior around the pool is falling apart and needs some maintenance and the main bedroom smelt mouldy on arrival. The shower in the 2nd bedroom doesn't drain well which meant the bathroom flooded when showering, things like tv cabinet are mouldy and need repairing. It would also be great if the room had smart tvs as well, because the channels are very boring. Although for us these were minor things I think for the price of the villa compared to others we have stayed in for same or cheaper this was not on par with the pricing...

Pros: Location was great - our room was spacious and breakfast was amazing and cooked to order. Staff couldn’t do more for you
