Pros: We were upgraded to a larger room, which made our trip even better. The extra space made everything feel less cramped and much more relaxing.

Cons: One thing that concerned us was the humidity. It wasn’t just because of the rainy weather — the balcony sliding doors didn’t seem to be properly sealed, which caused condensation to build up. The air conditioner even started dripping, making the room feel even more humid and uncomfortable.

we are already planning our next visit for June, my mum and sisters birthdays.

Pros: I loved that we can sit in the restaurant and get a drink and food and just watch the people and traffic go by.

Cons: The beds are so hard that they need mattress toppers on them or something on them to soften them up. The music in the restaurant needs updating, some radio music would be good.

Pros: Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Front desk staff named Surya and other staff have done very exceptionally good job. The room was upgraded for free and there was birthday decorations and a slice of cake and wishes prepared as requested. Definitely highly recommended.

Overall a fantastic 1st time to Bali

Pros: The staff were exceptional, nothing was a problem I am in a wheelchair and they were super helpful. Excellent service all round great breakfast and excellent house keepers great room service for food 24/7. There driver Wayan Suli that we hired several times was fantastic and very friendly told you a lot about the area and took us to somr amazing places
