Good stay!

Pros: The location was excellent, we had a room on the 5th floor which really nice and roomy and comfortable beds and linen, however the towels could be newer, the bath tub was a deep to get in and out of if you smaller statures. The staff were amazing and the facilities were good. The afternoon tea was a nice touch and breakfast had a lots of good choices.

Pros: Spotless and cheerful property tucked away down an alley with close proximity to everything. Well appointed rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Great al la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Plenty of shopping, massages, bars, and the beach only a short walk. Highly recommend and will be back in a heartbeat.

Cons: Nothing to fault. Weather was pretty rainy but umbrellas in every room. Don’t stay here if you don’t like gardens - lots of them and meticulously maintained. So lush and inviting

You won’t regret this place, such value for money.

Pros: The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever come across. The value for money was sensational. The room and pool were gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to be amongst the action.

Cons: The Wi-Fi was really bad. Dropped out every few seconds. The location for me I didn’t like. But that’s on me for choosing that area. It was just too busy around the streets.

Lovely stay and great staff

Pros: Well located in the city, but yet away from the noise. Staff is very attentive and helpful.

Cons: French windows to balcony could use better latch/lock to really seal/close them. Can still hear loud guests screaming and playing music by the pool.

Great stay in Bali

Pros: The b'fast was really good, 5 star, and tasty... we stayed there for 4 days and each day they changed the b'fast menu. which is really good, else it good be boring. Room was good, bit old, but well kept and maintained. It has a nice view of the pool. The main pool is great and nice. Liked the vibe Loved the b'fast location as it is surrounded by koi fishers.

Cons: Kids less than 5 yrs are not allowed to the main pool even with water safety equipment, like tube or floaties, which is bit annoying. Kids less than 5 yrs have to go to the family pool which you cannot see from the main pool, so an adult has to go with the kid to the family pool :-(
