Pros: The gardens are beautiful, the pools are well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. All interaction with staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel

Pros: Location was excellent, staff very friendly. Breakfast could have a bit more variety with regards to cakes or snacks to have with a coffee

Cons: Unfortunately it was wet when we were there so found some areas very slippery. Also our bed frame collapsed when we both sat on the end of the bed. We had workers in our room doing repairs for a few hours, a change of room should have been offered as the resort was not fully booked

Great short stay in Legian

Pros: Beautiful comfy room. Bed was amazing. Our room was between the pool and restaurant so we got lucky. The pool had lots of seating around it. Breakfast buffet was beautiful. Will definitely stay again. Loved the location right on the beach.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: The location is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are neat spacious and tidy.

Cons: The shower took at least 7 mins to get warm and had minimal pressure. But a very minor problem, would still stay here again.

I wish I hadn’t been placed in s block directly above the pool bar.

Pros: Great location, staff and price. Gardens are amazing.

Cons: S block is by the second pool with swim up bar and can get quite rowdy

Pros: Lovely room surrounded by the most lush gardens. Two huge pools. Great location. Best pizzas in town. Friendly staff.

Cons: Both pool step ins are quite high, ok for us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. Did notice they put a crate in the pool for an older lady to help
