Amazing stylish hotel with super food and staff

Pros: Very stylsh hotel in a nice comfortable no expensive area. Amazing breakfast with a big choice and besides the huge buffet also daily extras included. The staff is amazing, especially Randi and all the girls at the restaurant/bar and Yuddi at the reception. I also recommend the massages at the hotel's own spa. Next time I'll stay again at this beautiful hotel where you feel very comfortable also when travelling on your own. Top choice for Bali!😊🙏🏻

Perfect spot for me in the future lifestyle I hope to live

Pros: I have already left her a review for this property but I was so happy with the location the quality of the rooms and the hospitality of the staff that I've booked again. They went above and beyond upgrading my room. Besides a few issues with the water everything else was fantastic. I will definitely be back!!

Cons: Lack of hot water for a couple of days wasn't great but it's Bali and cold showers were fine.

Perfectly situated for a Seminyak escape

Pros: Proximity to everything in Seminyak comfortable beds lovely staff bath filled fast and water was hot it was very relaxing

Overall really good

Pros: The 2nd time here, I had a comfortable room with a free upgrade. Great room service and cool room.staff are friendly. Hassle free check in and out. Great location

Cons: Bad drain smell at time after shower No more zen music in the hallway Breakfast option has been reduced

Pros: Staff was really friendly specially Febri at the bar/restaurant. Quick room service and answering the phone. Pool is nice and clean, there is also a common area next to the pool like a living room with aircon. Breakfast one main to choose and small buffet for fruits and pastry not many options but enough.

Cons: Restaurant is an open area with not air con, considering how hot it gets, closing it would be nice. The main access is through an alley and there is a construction in the way, once you are in the venue is nice and welcoming
