Pros: EVERYTHING- The property is so beautiful, with a large bedroom and bathroom; very comfortable; the rooftop bar is amazing too. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. It’s across the road from the beach and close to shops without being noisy. I seriously cannot fault this hotel!

Pros: Staff were exceptional, very helpful in trying to retrieve my missing luggage. The Plantation restaurant is a wonderful experience, beautiful food, presented and served so well. Rooftop bar is great at sunset.

Pros: Nice and relaxing and lovely pool with ocean views. Food was lovely too. Staff were helpful.

Brilliant hotel in a poor beach location

Pros: Fantastic room and all comforts needed. Rooftop bar and restaurants were superb. Breakfast overlooking the sea was truly memorable!

Cons: The property and pool area were superb. Sadly the beach area was horrendous with plastic and pollution.

Amazing beachfront accommodation in great location

Pros: Loved the location, beach front. All the staff were so amazing and really made our trip special. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Really nice pool and rooms were great.

Cons: The gym wasn’t that great. Needed more options/equipment for a 5 star resort.

Pros: We initially encountered an issue with our first room, as it had an unpleasant odor. This was promptly and professionally handled by the management team, who arranged a room change without any hassle. The new room was comfortable, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection and quality.

Cons: On our departure day, we made use of the hotel lounge due to our late flight, which is a service offered by the hotel and appreciated after checkout. However, our interaction with the lounge staff felt less focused on our comfort and more on monitoring how long we intended to stay, which came across as unnecessary given that this facility is part of the hotel’s services. Overall, the hotel is well-managed, responsive to issues, and offers a comfortable stay, though a more guest-centric approach in the lounge area would improve the experience.

If you love the hustle and bustle of Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, stay here if you get the chance. You won’t be disappointed.

Pros: Modern room, good size beds for a twin room. Great bathroom, seperate freestanding bath, two basins, seperate toilet. Room service very quick. Smart TV, we streamed some YouTube content. Hotel facilities very good. Very nice pool although bar at the pool rather than a swim-up bar. Great breakfast and dinner area on the 4th floor. Very engaging prohibition period steakhouse. Definitely worth a meal there during your stay. Getting around via hotel taxis, Grab and Gojek is easy. Best feature is the staff, all of them. They are wonderful people who care and just want to help. Special call-out to Lina on the Concierge desk, who was next level in service, and clearly cares about her customers. All in all a very good experience enhanced by the people.

Cons: Can’t do anything about it but not a great fan of the location. No one was racing across the street to go to the beach. Having said that, it was wet season we visited and it sure didn’t miss us! I guess some people love Bali and others are less attracted to it, simple as that I’d say. The hotel is kind of an oasis in a less than beautiful part of the world. However, the staff of this hotel certainly radiate warmth and beauty to compensate.

Absolutely tremendous staff & facilities

Pros: Staff were tremendous We used the Spa on numerous occasions we were very impressed at how professionally it was managed. The soprano singer in the restaurant was fantastic
