Great priced hotel with everything you need at your finger tips.

Pros: The hotel location is great, right on the beach around the corner from the bustling streets of Seminyak, convenience store out front across the road, free shuttle to Kuta square at 10am, the pool was amazing with a swim up bar, the water was not cold bit nice enough to stay in for hours.

Cons: Bed was a little hard that is all really.

Comfortable accommodation in a lovely quiet location near to everything you needed.

Pros: Close to the beach but far enough away to be private. Staff were lovely. Was very quiet in the room. Air conditioning worked great. Grounds were beautiful and well kept.

Pros: I liked that the location was waterfront,literally across the road.The breakfast was good but just a few minor changes like having to get a coffee cup from the table rather than having them and milk at the coffee station.

Cons: Balcony very small and the building is outdated but clean and cleaners need to clean shower and toilet and mop the floors daily

Pros: Food - the selection of food for breakfast is good. However the number of mosquitoes and wasps made the breakfast experience challenging - as been bitten by mosquitoes was painful and having wasps on food is nasty. Location - love the closeness to beach - as love doing Sunset
