Great apartment stay in Seminyak. Close to things and quiet garden setting.

Pros: Close to beach and amenities, but in a quiet area. Comfortable and clean. Nice gardens, cafe and massage service. Helpful team. Great value.

Cons: The wifi was weak at the back of the villa.

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning and small kitchen facilities.

Cute establisment, large room but!

Pros: Nice staff, onsite cafe (but not cool!) Lovely gardens. Large room with 2 king beds, loungeroom and very basic kitchenette. Beach just 2 minutes walk away.

Cons: Nothing immediately nearby, even small convenience store 10min walk away down terrible streets. Need to get grab (which are thankfully cheap) to get anywhere. Beach walk was high end resorts to begin with so very expensive to eat in, need to walk a good 20 + minutes to find cheaper eating places. Heaps of rubbish on beach was a shock 😔 Also room smelt VERY musty and I was on ground floor so heard people thumping about upstairs (kids literally jumping up and down for ages) for 4 out of 6 nights and room had an adjoining door so double whammy hearing next door for hours on end for first few nights (hate adjoining doors in hotels etc did not even think to ask.

Wonderful rooms—but could use a make up

Pros: Well appointed, large, comfy rooms with comfortable large bed, large bathroom, nice balcony/terrace. Lovely pool open 24h/24. Adjacent café serves good breakfast (and I didn't find pop-in guests to be such as nuisance as others have remarked). Kitchenette a plus, though lacks basic equipment. Very near the beach!

Cons: Decor a bit dated, especially in bathroom which shows signs of usage. Very noisy aircon. Light pollution from bright lobby lights. Kitchen lacks basic such bowls, wine glasses or corkscrew and can't even be supplied by reception. Nice to be so close the beach, but it is a dirty beach with limited swimming due to high waves. Otherwise located a bit out of the centre and you needs rides to go anywhere.

Pros: Got in really late, and check-in was a breeze. The courtyard was beautiful, nice cafe, comfortable room.

Cons: Noisy aircon

Will definitely be back.

Pros: Very pretty grounds, large and comfortable lounge room, spacious apartment. Comfortable bed, very quiet. Anga the manager was very helpful and nice.

Pros: An apartment - not a hotel room. Great quiet location so close to everything

Pros: Peaceful and clean. Bed and linen were very comfortable. Pool was private and relaxing. Host, security and all staff were very warm and helpful.

Beautiful property, quiet, clean, comfortable with helpful staff and beautiful outlook.

Pros: Breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast will be brought to your room if needed and they help with any requests. Angga and his team were very helpful and friendly and frequently asked if I needed anything. I spent two happy and relaxing weeks there.

Cons: All the posers who came for photos near the beautiful pool area. Not just one or two photos but many with all possible facial expressions and body positions😆. Having said that, it didn’t really affect my experience but might for guests using the pool area.
