Arpana Luxury Private Pool Villas

Love it, food was excellent and so were the staff. Really enjoyed having our own pool and privacy.

Pros: Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We received a cold drink and a chilled towel when we arrived, we went through all the documents, rules and information for the property. Then we were shown to our room. The reception area and the view were amazing!

Cons: It is really hot in the reception area, you cannot escape it. That entire area from reception and even the dining area are all hot and need more cooling systems or more fans if possible. We could see that even the staff we very hot, which made us a little uncomfortable as we felt sorry for them.

Magical stay!

Pros: We’re used to five-star hotels, and this place truly met all our expectations. The two-bedroom villa consisted of two beautiful buildings surrounding a stunning private pool — absolutely dreamy. The breakfast was fantastic, the surroundings peaceful and lush, and the staff exceptionally helpful. The beds were super comfortable, and the little outdoor kitchen was such a lovely touch. The bathrooms were incredible — spacious, elegant, and designed with an open-air feel. The location is about 15 minutes from the town center, which was perfectly fine for us. They serve food until 5 p.m., so for dinner you’ll need to grab a quick ride into town, which is easy enough. All in all, an unforgettable stay — we’d love to come back!

Cons: If we could suggest one improvement, it would be the breakfast setup — the portions were quite large, and it would have been nice to be able to choose two smaller dishes (one savory and one sweet). It wasn’t until our second morning, after I insisted on paying for an extra dish, that they kindly agreed. A small note: we’d also recommend skipping the beach restaurants they suggest — they’re quite touristy and overpriced.

It was the perfect holiday

Pros: It was the perfect stay. The villas are located in a beautifully gardened, quiet area on top of a hill. Everything has been fantastic and we have already booked our next stay.

Pros: From the warm and friendly check-in to the very last moment of our stay, everything was truly exceptional. The team went out of their way to accommodate every request, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. The à la carte breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were among the kindest and most attentive we have ever experienced. We genuinely felt at home here and were honestly sad to leave. We would love to come back anytime!

An amazing place to stay in Bali for a chill time

Pros: The place is beautiful. It’s a huge place and few villas. Aesthetically it was amazing. The staff is so lovely. Breakfast really good. To be honest, I couldn’t ask for more.

Pros: Its a 10 private villas in beautiful surrounding and one main building with reception and restaurant. It seems that there is 2 kind of villa – garden view and forest view. Villa consists of two simple yet stylish bedroom + bathroom buildings, divided by pool and one open air sitting area with small kitchen (water dispenser, full size fridge, small heater). All nice, clean and still new. Food in restaurant is not universal but very tasty and a view from restaurant is great – all Bali from high ground of Nusa Dua. Great breakfasts. Transportation here and from property is easy by Grab, Gocar or taxi however it’s not a walking distance to anywhere interesting. You may order food from outside. The staff is nice and helpful but not in very intrusive or pushy way – that was also great. Drying rack for towels or swimming suits would be nice. Some anti mosquito features in open bathroom would help.

Pros: We spent a whole week here with our family (two teenage boys), and the experience didn’t fall short of our expectations. The photos you see online are beautiful, but the reality is even better. The setting is calm, exclusive, and premium, with a very clean environment and excellent service from the entire team. The resort’s 10 villas are surrounded by nature, giving you privacy and a real sense of escape. While it’s slightly outside the busy Jimbaran area (which we personally loved), you’re still only 5–7 minutes away from shops and restaurants, and about 10–12 minutes from the beach. We especially loved the private pool and the open kitchen/living room area, perfect for family time. We were lucky enough to enjoy 7 days of sunshine and no rain, which made it even more perfect. We loved it, we recommend it wholeheartedly… and we already miss it!

Great villa, and super breakfast

Pros: Beautiful villa with super pool, great beds, and absolutely one of the best breakfast and lunches we had in bali.

Cons: Location is a bit off, you need a taxi to go somewhere. But for a small amount you are at the beach.

If you’re looking for privacy and first class service, look no further. We will absolutely be coming back.

Pros: We couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you arrive, the customer service by the entire team is exceptional. The villa itself is outstanding. Clean, welcoming, open and luxurious. The on site restaurant offers breakfast and lunch, and we honestly struggled to decide what to have each time, the menu options were outstanding and incredibly generous. The location is quite tucked away and you can’t really walk out the front gate to do much, but we liked how private and exclusive this felt. We downloaded the local app GRAB and got a very cheap car to local restaurants, the beach, and also got dinner delivered via the app each night. We travelled with our 2 year old son and the entire staff doted on him the whole time. We will absolutely be back.

Cons: The only thing we would have liked is a small drying rack, just to be able to hang up bathers and towels etc. the towels are changed every day, but it perhaps would have been handy to quickly dry them before using again.
