Pros: Great environment and facilities, good choice of quality F&B, the staff were outstanding, especially the butlers Edi, Bagus and Keruna, the service and attention to detail was first class!

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Overall, staying in the villa (huge thanks for the upgrade!) was a wonderful experience.

Pros: Location superb, staff incredible, good choice of restaurants. Rock bar lived up to billing.

Cons: We didn't like the bed in our villa, mattress too hard and the wooden surround made getting in and out awkward.

Wonderful stay

Pros: We have a wonderful stay in Ayana. This is absolutely one of the best villa we have ever stayed. Staffs are all very kind, special thanks to our butler Yudi & Edi, they are very professional, helpful & thoughtful. They managed everything in detail. My body condition was poor due to serious illness before, so during the stay I was not feeling so well, but thanks to Edi, he's arranged a doctor for me & after some treatment I felt much better. Thank you so much for their excellent hospitality. I can really feel they care about all the guests. Besides the staffs I love the villa too. We stayed at Ocean Front Cliff King Villa. It's so spacious, clean & tidy with nice decor. The bed was so comfortable. And the swimming pool, lawn, gorgeous sea view.... we enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros: Exceptional resort - the staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our villa was incredible and had a fantastic view of the ocean and sunset. The staff also added some beautiful romantic touches for our honeymoon. I will definitely visit again!

Pros: Stunning villas with all the luxuries we were hoping to have for a special holiday. Friendly, helpful staff and lots of choice of restaurants and bars on the resort site.

Cons: Guests who 'reserve' multiple poolside sunbeds with towels and belongings, but are not present at the pool using them for hours.

Cons: Understaffed, we were once waiting for about half an hour before a butler picked us up , the staff told the ratio is 1:15 villas which was bit surprising considering the price
