Cons: Market near villa is so far. Maybe it could take 15 ~20 minutes to purchase something to eat and cook. you might need a car to stay there.

Cons: Минусы связаны не с виллой, а с районом: - В один из дней недалеко был праздник: очень громкая музыка до 1 ночи - У кого-то из соседей есть собака, чей лай напоминает крики человека, которого пытают 😂. Ночью звучит особенно жутко
