Pros: The staff were fantastic to deal with. The location was quiet. And the villa was clean

Cons: The heat in the bathroom. Very stuffy, maybe needed a fan in there

Pros: Great location. Walking distance for shopping, restaurants and the beach. Rooms and facilities were impeccable. Staff were simply amazing. Breakfast was included. A few choices. It was simple but lovely and ample servings. This property and their staff exceeded all of our expectations. We would absolutely stay there again.

Excellent villas and staff. Recommend you contact them directly for update on reception renovations.

Pros: Beautiful villas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Free pool table.

Cons: Major structural and cosmetic renovations on reception area weren’t disclosed to us before arrival. It was noisy every day - drilling and banging and construction deliveries with piles of unsightly rubble in front of the property. They sorted the dirty laundry in the reception area (which they stopped after I gave them feedback). They were very nice and took on all feedback well. No complaints about the staff who were excellent.

100% will be back - perfect for our family.

Pros: The location was perfect to Legian shopping and restaurants. The Villa was perfect for a family of 4 - perfect size and space. Bathrooms were a hit with the kids especially the size of the baths. Gardens are stunning - it is quite deceiving from the front of house.

Cons: Nothing to not like - Lobby is being renovated so understandable that it wasn’t as gorgeous as the rest of the facility.

Excellent place to unwind yet only walking distance to many restaurants, beachfront and entertainment in the Legian area

Pros: Nestled in a quiet alleyway off the main busy street in Legian, the villa offers a retreat of understated elegance. Not as big as many others villa but well adequate for a family of three or four. Small private pool enough to cool off from the afternoon heat. Excellent set of staff from front desk to coffee bar to cleaners. Good choice for breakfast with awesome “Expat” coffee served.

Cons: Everything well maintained but had an unserviceable bath tap in the master bedroom.
