Looking for relaxing stay. Great for families.

Pros: The accommodation was maintained to a good standard that provided a sense of comfort. The facilities met all our needs perfectly. The outside area with the pool was excellent, and the pool table was perfect for the kids for competition. The staff were attentive to our needs and ensured a seamless, relaxing experience throughout our visit. A special mention to Eka. He made our mornings by preparing delicious breakfasts for us every single day. His hospitality was warm and thoughtful. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Cons: We had one issue with some of the facilities, but Ngurah, the duty manager, was quick to sort it out with little impact. Given recent events, the mosquitos were up and about. Property didn't have repellent we purchased our own cheap can. Once we asked they purchased repellent. For longer stays, we were there for 12 days. The only recommendation was that the bed matress in the main bedroom was not the most comfortable. Would look at a better mattress topper, but plus side we had massages instead.

Pros: Villa was very clean. Well equipt with essentials. Private, peaceful and safe. Our host Ngurah was welcoming on arrival right up until the day we checked out. Eka provided outstanding service throughout our stay and ensured our breakfast was ready on time, towels were replaced, beds were made and our belongings were safe.

Cons: Would recommend installing insect repellent around the villa and softer pillows in each room. Water also leaked underneath the bathroom glass door in the main bedroom.
