Excellent villa with a private pool

Pros: Location close to all amenities and 25 min walk to beach. 25 mins by taxi to airport. Room service was good Staff were excellent

Cons: Breakfast if staying there for more than a couple of days can get boring. Its not a full resort but a excellent villa with a private pool and room service..

Lovely and peaceful

Pros: Beautiful oasis in Legian. It is set back a bit from the main district which is perfect for some peace and quiet. Room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and kind

Great price and very roomy

Pros: Great layout, great space for 2 Adults and 2 teenage children

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. I felt very well taken care of, like a princess really. I enjoyed the E-Butler service that took the hassle out of everything! I booked a candlelight dinner via the E-Butler and everything was sorted on return from my day out with everything and more that I had asked for! The villa would clean the rooms so beautifully and leave beautiful smelly oils burning for our return. I was even able to easily book a massage and pedicure in my room just by speaking to the staff- again completely hassle free! The facilities are incredible. I felt transformed, completely relaxed as soon as I entered.

Cons: While the location is the only downside to the villa, that is a very minor issue. Transport is very accessible and it was enjoyable to walk around the area and explore a bit.

Pros: Quiet location , beautiful staff very helpful, breakfast every morning was amazing . Loved the outdoor shower. Internet was great .

Cons: A little bit dated but after a day you got use to it .

Pros: The service is very good and perfect start from the check in until you check out

Cons: -At the dining area.. it is better to fix a ceiling fan so while dining it is not so hot and stuffy. -And also better put a small mosquito machine in the dining all so many mosquitoes. . Been biting more than 6 times.. -Bathtub is better to run the machine regularly so that the drainage smell is not so strong & need to brush the area regularly so that there is no stain left over.

Pros: We loved the options of different breakfasts brought to our room. People at reception desk were exceptionally welcoming and kind! The vibe of the villa was so relaxing

Cons: Water temperature wasn't great. Not consistently hot
