Pros: Location and the price and the helpful staff nothing was a problem. They sorted things out for me. That was nothing to do with the hotel. Very helpful all round. Highly recommend the property and staff.

Pros: Staff were lovely and accommodating. If there was an issue the staff were straight on to it!

Cons: We had trouble securing the doors with the keys. Any issues were addressed immediately. Nothing was a bother and staff were kind and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: Gustu was an amazing host, he was always responsive via whatsapp and if he wasn't on shift he arranged somebody who was very quickly and effortlessly. The entire staff were kind, helpful and respectful.

Cons: Having to leave! Awila Villa is amazing!

Pros: The staff were exceptional they couldn’t do enough for us. Facilities were great. Beds were great sizes. Set up of villa was great. The service couldn’t be any better

it was a beautiful villa and was very happy to just stay there and swim all day.

Pros: The property was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing each time. The room service we ordered was delicious!

Cons: I wish i had a drying towel so i could do the dishes. Wish there were something on the tiles around the pool and the whole family and i kept slipping on them getting out of the pool. The room service took an hour to arrive at our villa.
