Amazing.

Pros: The place was absolutely amazing, staff were welcoming and attended to all of our needs. We hired a pool fence as our son is a toddler & the staff were happy for us to have the pool. Our room got cleaned daily. It was great.

Cons: The only thing that could have probably been better is the shower head as you turn it on & it shoots right to the wall & makes a mess. You can’t adjust it in the one bedroom villa.

Pros: Staff were very helpful, the restaurant food was great and we loved the swimming pool.

Paradise

Pros: The exotic private Villa is the paradise on earth. Private pool surrounded by green plants makes a great atmosphere. I want to make another visit there with my girlfriend again.

Pros: I had a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool which was both clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I have had. The aircon was cold. The fridge larger than most I have come across in Bali. The pool was perfect for me. The gardens were well kept. I didn't have much to do with the staff, but what I did, they were always happy and eager to help. The pictures were accurate. I absolutely loved it here and to be honest, in 36 years of coming to Bali, this is the first place I have stayed in that I would stay again. There is plenty of streetfood around the area and some 24 hour convenience stores.

Cons: If I had to say some negatives, the bath/shower was difficult to climb out of as it is in the bath and the bath is rather deep. The pool was also a little hard to climb out, depending on how much you have had to drink. I wouldn't use either of those as a deal breaker though. But if they are important to you, then yes, maybe look at something else.

Pros: Everything from start to finish. Exceptionally quick and friendly staff to respond to any queries or requests. What a perfect place to stay!

Amazing value for money in a quieter spot that gives you relaxing Bali vibes. Staff exceptional.

Pros: We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom villa with private pool for 2 weeks, breakfast included. Photos are as shown, and it’s a beautiful villa. It’s in a great area, not right in the heart of Seminyak but very close so you get the peace and quiet to relax. Pool is beautiful and a great size. Everything is always kept clean and tidy and you can tell the staff take pride in the property. Air conditioning works a treat for a cool change when you’ve been out and restful sleep. Beds were super comfortable. Turn down service includes spraying for mosquitoes which is great. Staff here, particularly Dewa have been amazing. Always checking to see if they can help make your stay more enjoyable. Breakfast and restaurant is great food with a wide selection at a very affordable price so we frequented room service. On top of that, massage place attached is great too, and they offer discounts when staying at the property.

Cons: Nothing really. Everything was spot on. We would definitely stay here again. It felt like home away from home and the staff made us feel welcome.

Relaxing and the chicken parmi was amazing at the restaurant !

Pros: My Husband and i absolutely loved Ratan Villas because of how How kind and accomodating the staff were ! I loved how we could lounge in the pool and order food from the restaurant ! We loved how the tv actually worked so my hubby and i could lounge at night and watch movies with our netflix account. Must try the chicken parmi 100000/10 !

Great spot, everything close, less touristy, quiet & comfy.

Pros: Great location. Far enough out of central Legian to make it less touristy, but nothing too far away. Room 109, Beautiful pool villa, nice & quiet back from the road. Dewa and his staff were super friendly & accommodating. Kenangan coffee shop next door, money changer, mini mart & bottle shop all right there. Great room service. Definitely recommend the breakfast croissant! We will be back.

Cons: Only had one warm shower in 4 night stay. Mind you, we didn’t ask them to fix it so it didn’t really bother us.

Pros: Beautiful private room with pool, great restaurant, friendly staff and problems fixed promptly.

Cons: Bathroom slightly dated and no hot water some nights
