Pros: The pool was amazing so big & outside area is set out beautiful The villa is spacious perfect for large families Decent walk to main road will need car or bike As it’s located back from main areas

Cons: Communication regarding the payment We had paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival Were asked for the payment on arrival & had show proof 3 times with separate documents!Which was kind of awkward & took 30 minutes! Staff should have been made aware that payment had been made in full ..

We stayed for 3 nights when we arrived into Bali and it was perfect place to start our holiday!

Pros: We loved the location, quiet local area. Short taxi to Nusa Dua. Great pool and lovely villa. We loved Michael who did a wonderful job looking after us and making sure we had a special stay. Highly recommend!

The villa was everything I wanted and more just a shame about the location

Pros: The villa was stunning just like the pictures. The staff were so friendly and quick to respond to all our requests

Cons: The location is away from everything and hard to find. Had to get a taxi to go anywhere

Beautiful large villa and pool

Pros: This is without a doubt, the most beautiful, and largest, light and airy villa we have ever stayed in. Choice of 3 bedrooms, all with a king bed and ensuite. It's a little tired, as it is older, but this does not detract from the ambience. The pool is massive, and much larger than the photos depict. The staff were nothing but helpful, and really lovely. We had our own staff member, Komang, here for us from 9 till 5 every day. He is such a lovely, caring person, willing to help with anything. After bringing us our breakfast from a local restaurant every morning, he cleaned inside and outside, and was there for any assistance required. We felt a little sorry for him, as we didn't require much from him, so he sat around at the security station much of the day. The villa is situated 1km from the main road, from shops and restaurants, which is an easy walk, with smaller shops and warungs along the way. There are definitely less restaurants than in Kuta etc.

Cons: The villa is situated right next to a lane and local shop. It can be very noisy with motor bikes travelling past, and the local shop owners have 4 dogs, which bark a lot. We were woken up quite often. I would suggest that light sleepers bring earplugs. There is not a lot to do in this area, nor many places to walk.

Pros: The pool was amazing. The size was exceptional, the water was very clean and the pool was nice and deep in the middle. The rooms were good sizing and the whole villa was very clean and comfortable. Shower and bathroom was nice and large. Location was very close to the beach and main road into nusa dua.

Cons: Our fridge stopped working a day into us being there due to an electrical issue so unfortunately we did not have a fridge for a day until staff were able to come and move the fridge. Lots of caterpillars come inside the villa during the morning but did not effect our stay.

Sweet escape in Nusa Dua

Pros: Their huge private pool and attentive service create a sweet escape. Me and my partner were very pleased by their villa teams. I'll be coming back if I visit Nusa Dua area.

Big villa with good amenities, perfect for family gathering.

Pros: The villa layout is very good. Big beds and bedrooms. Big swimming pool. Perfect for a family gathering. The staff was extremely welcoming and responsive. Overall, we had a great experience at Villa Cempaka.

Cons: The location was quite far with a narrow street. The parking spot was outside the villa compound but safe enough with the security available at the villa.

It’s a great place to stay and wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

Pros: Mr. Aryanta and Surya and all the staff were very accommodating and always ready to help.

Cons: Dogs barking made it very difficult to sleep.

Pros: A warm welcome from the staff, they're pretty helpful and friendly. The villa is amazing, it didn't look that big from outside but when we stayed, it was actually more spacious than we expected. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, love it!
