Large swimming pool

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the location and the size of the room. Also good pool with lovely staff who's kind and friendly.

Pros: I really liked the pool, the spacious room, the hotel aesthetic and the decor of the hotel was very beautiful, the staff were so lovely and so down to earth

A fabouls stay with great staff.

Pros: It was in a quiet location. Close to everything. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay comfy and welcoming and safe.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice big pool and the rooms were very quiet. It is tucked down a quiet street but close to facilities and good places to eat. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: The first time we booked, breakfast was included but for our return visit the prices on booking.com were slightly higher with no breakfast so we ate down the road instead.

Pros: The hotel was beautifully laid out. The pool area was beautiful and the pool perfect and the rooms spot on. Would highly recommended.

Best Hotel stay at Seminyak

Pros: Best service and value for money! Friendly staff and great etiquette. All the hotels should take a page from their staff and service excellence.

Warm welcome indeed

Pros: Location was amazing, food fresh and tasty and a very well priced spa. The staff are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. They made the short stay so much better - I don't think I have ever had such a warm friendly team at any hotel.

Cons: Beds were comfy but felt in need of an update (you know when you can feel the dip in the bed because of wear & tear). The service was a little slow for me.. but overall it didn't ruin my stay as the outcome was great each time (food & spa).

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel for several times as I like the location (quiet, but only few minutes walk from the beach as well from the main road with all the restaurants and cafes), it is always clean, rooms are spacious and nice, pool is amazing…but what I like the most are the amazing staff members with their smiles ❤️ I always feel so welcomed when I come back. I didn’t catch all the names (my apologies), but thank you Winda, Nesya, Sarjana, Esti, Rossita…and everyone else to make my stay always super nice 🙂 I will be back!

Clean and tidy with friendly and professional staff that represented great value,

Pros: The hotel is located down a quiet street and includes a massage shop, small gym, a restaurant, and is a short 15-minute walk to the entertainment area. The staff are welcoming and friendly and always greet you with a smile. The pool area is nice with a cocktail serving area complete with underwater stools. The street itself includes has a nice local Indonesian restaurant located in a rice paddy, a money changer, massage shop, bike hire, laundry, and several convenience stores. My Deluxe rooms was of good size and included an outdoor shower. The breakfast consisted of both western and Asian dishes, and the daytime menu provided sufficient options should you not wish to venture outside to eat. I would not hesitate to recommend Solterra for your next stay in Seminyak.

Cons: For the cost of the room, I could not fault the hotel as it represented outstanding value for money.
