Pros: Pool and food also the friendly staff Overall, extremely satisfied Action time for any queries raised is excellent

Cons: I would suggest you to do something about the water pressure in the bidet shower as it is actually pain full to the skin when every time we use it Other than that, everything else is really good for the money I paid

Pros: From the moment we check in until check out, everything is amazing. 1. The building is very beautiful and modern. 2. The friendliness of the staff, very attentive. Mba Eka, mas Yudi and all of the staff that I dont remember the name (apologies), thank you for being so kind to us especially to our baby :) also mas Mertha at the reception :) 3. The breakfast was incredible. Good quality and they have enough variety. The pastries wow I feel like Im having breakfast in Europe! I will recommend this hotel to my friends :)

Pros: Loved everything about Kanvaz, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are so warm and welcoming. Loved the swim up rooms. Second time staying here in one year and will definately go back again.

Exceptional

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Kanvaz Village Resort Seminyak. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a stylish design and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service from the staff was exceptional — every single team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. In fact, after checking out and moving to another hotel, we were so disappointed with the condition and overall experience there that we made the decision within an hour to return and book an additional three nights at Kanvaz. That alone speaks volumes about the standard, comfort, and hospitality they offer. We would highly recommend Kanvaz to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with outstanding service in Bali. We will definitely be back!
