Pros: We stayed in the villa with a private pool Absolutely beautiful. Beautiful gardens surrounding the pool.An outdoor shower and bath with a pool in traditional Balinese style.Buffet breakfast simple but nice.Beds comfortable Staff very friendly and helpfulok

Cons: Hotel restaurant main menu lacking unfortunately

Wonderful time of peace and quietness

Pros: Customer service was superb. Everything was excellent

Cons: Mosquitoes because of the vegetation around. However, it is acknowledged that repellent is provided

Amazing people and great property.

Pros: Staff are so friendly and helpful. Private suite was very very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Main foyer could use some nice big ceiling fans for comfort. Deluxe rooms could supply shampoo and conditioner rather than just the one type of soap for use all over. Pool times finish at 7.30pm which is disappointing as it’s always hot in Seminyak.

We would definitely come back because of the kindness of the staff 🥰

Pros: The staff is amazing: they are all so kind and very happy to help you. Especially Indra made our experience during the check-in special. He is very patient and kind. Yoga, the bar man was very kind and gave us great tips about surroundings. Everybody is very smiley and always willing to have a chat with you. The pool with the bar is the best. There are some reconstructions, but that didn’t bother us. The food quality is good, as wel for breakfast and for lunch. They have a great menu with multiple choices.

Cons: The hotel room was very humid. Our belongings were always slightly wet. For example books and other paper objects. The room was smelling of mold, but I think this is the airconditioning in combination with the humidity. The hotel room was always very clean, but due to this smell you never really had that feeling. For the rest there was nothing we didn’t like. We would definitely come back.

Great location friendly staff.

Pros: The staff were extremely accomodating and friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

Cons: The room had two seperate beds pushed together to make one, it was my partner and I staying there so wasn’t ideal.

Great for a central spot in Seminyak

Pros: Location, staff, facilities, breakfast and beds were comfy.

Cons: It is in the middle of the night life of Seminyak which means you can hear music/beat vibrations - especially during the weekend. The staff were helpful and transferred me to a spare room and luckily I had my earplugs.

Pros: Great location, clean, friendly helpful staff, food was good, we had an amazing couples massage.

Nice property, relaxing despite the busy area it’s in

Pros: Great location, lovely staff. The WiFi was strong throughout the property as they use it for the food ordering service, such as at the pool side you can scan the QR code and order food and drinks for delivery to your seat. Food was a nice standard. Simple breakfast options as a buffet plus additional items for order on demand. I booked a ‘deluxe with no view’ room which was fine for me and there was still patio doors with outside space for fresh air and sitting. 3 pools. Open air dining. Comfortable beds. Spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Cons: I had a massage which was very nice but the room had black mould on the walls and massage table. It is a very busy and built up area so it was not surprising to hear music all day and night from the local bars. There is building work still going on (they are building more cottages near the main pool) but it didn’t bother me too much.

Nice Resort in the middle of the city.

Pros: Everything, Mainly the swimming pool from my bedroom

Pros: The room and bathroom were very nice and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It has 3 swimming pools all good. Breakfast and restaurant were so good. Anytime we had a problem, staff were right there to help us.
