Pros: Very good location, close to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was incredibly delicious. The menu options so you can order something different every day. Staff is very friendly. Late check-out is available 👍👍👍👍 We will definitely come back.

Pros: The staff are wonderful. I’ve been staying here for 25 years. It’s not flash, and it’s quite old. But I love it, and the location is awesome.

Cons: It’s a little run down, but they’re slowing upgrading the rooms. Not a problem for me though.

Enjoyed our stay, loved having our own pool, staff were great couldn't do enough for you.

Pros: We had a villa room with our own pool, wonderful to be able to cool off whenever we wanted. Reasonable private area too. The accommodation was spacious, they are currently renovating rooms, which is great. Our room was a bit tired, and needs some work, however it wasn't a problem. We had a full-sized refrigerator, water machine providing constant Hot, normal and chilled water, outside kitchen area, very big bathroom and bedroom. Great room and pool.

Cons: The Bathroom Shower Area needs updating. The Shower head is not suitable for wall mounting, and the water flow is not good. Another type of shower head for the wall is needed. Also remove the stones and level the floor under shower recess, giving a larger area for standing on. This area is not suitable for children or elderly to get from shower to main floor. Everything else was ok.

Amazing!

Pros: I love staying at the Bali Ayu Hotel, one of my absolute favourites! The staff are so friendly and the location is super close to everything. The room is always clean and the pool is great. Would definitely recommend.
