Pros: I really loved everything about the property. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to great restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and professional. It truly felt like a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Service was great, and a special shout-out to the reception staff, especially Bintang, for going the extra mile to assist us and make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Cons: The hotel is located quite deep in, so you’ll need to walk a fair distance to get to shops or restaurants.

Pros: The breakfast was really good. The chefs for all the food were delicious

Cons: The gym needs expanding not a lot of gear It's a bit strange to have the entry to the pool right though the restaurant, wet people and kids passing through.
