I’m coming back through in June for another stay

Pros: I was upgraded to the 5th floor. The ocean & surrounding views + the night lights of the city are stunning. Every thing on the web site is even more beautiful in real life

Overall we enjoyed our stay and all the staffs were very friendly. The food was delicious including breakfast and lunch.

Pros: Very friendly staff at front, F &B staff and spa. The location of the property was great.

Cons: Room needs renovation. Walls, mirror, shower glass does look like as shown in the picture.

Pros: Really nice pool, very good quality room with a bathtub and a working TV

Cons: the loud nice the fridge would make. I had to turn it off to stop it in the end. And the traffic on the road in front of the hotel is horrendous

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing and the location was great, nice and central. The pool was very big aswell.

Cons: The rooms did not include a safe for valuable items.

Pros: overall a very good place to relax with spatious and confy rooms, nice pool, good facilities, far from noises and a very good breakfast last but not least, all the personnel super nice and helpful

Spa and nomad life

Pros: I liked the room it was big. Lots of light with air con. The shower was hot. I liked the pool, I liked the on site spa facilities and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy. The dining area was mainly quiet during the day so I would sit there to get on the WiFi and work on my laptop. The breeze was nice in the lobby.

Cons: The internet in my room wasn’t very good. (But the WiFi was excellent in the dining room). The one thing the hotel could improve is the internet signal strength from the rooms.

Pros: The staff are friendly and amazing..house keeping did a wonderful job.. new towels everyday .. 10/10 this would be my first choice hotel if I’m around batu belig ..
