Lovely good value motel .

Pros: Friendly staff , good value for money . The room was comfortable , everything was great .The shower was amazing . Very nice breakfast area .

Cons: I have stayed here before and knew about the stairs so I booked the two downstairs rooms months in advance but didn’t get them . We are two older ladies so they would have been nice . We did have lovely rooms and managed the stairs easily though .

Beautifully designed villa with everything needed for a comfortable stay, staff were also wonderful.

Pros: There weren't many reviews when we booked so we took a chance with this villa and so happy we did. A lovely villa with a warm and comfortable living and dining area amongst a beautiful natural backdrop. Spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Onsite staff provided cleaning daily which was lovely and online staff were so helpful to provide assistance for whatever we needed (e.g. car bookings, laundry). Overall a wonderful stay!

Cons: The location is about 15 minutes drive from Ubud centre, which is not too bad but there is not much around, just mostly other villas in the area. There is a restaurant/cafe right next door and three mini marts just outside the villa which is very useful, but other than that need to drive/bike to get to places.

Excellent value for money

Pros: The hotel is located In a fantastic location close to bars, restaurants, cafes etc.. short bike ride to other parts of Seminyak also. Staff are polite and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. They Have a vintage feel which I like and also I found the outside noise to be not too intrusive. Great value for money, excellent price. I’d recommend and stay here again.

Cons: Can’t think of anything really that is too serious.

Pros: New water bottles and toilet paper every day. Cleaned up all the sand on our floor from surfing that day. Breakfast was really nice. In a great spot in Seminyak, walking distance to everything.

Cons: A bit expensive if you got laundry. Shower water did go on main bathroom floor

We will always return because of fabulous staff & comfort of rooms

Pros: We have visited Visala 5 times now and enjoy the space in rooms & the terrific staff

Cons: We had noisy neighbours but staff spoke with them twice and they sorted it out which was appreciated. Pool is in shade most of time so quite cold which is ok on hot days
