Novotel Bali Benoa

Perfect stay — delicious breakfasts, very clean rooms, great atmosphere, and lovely staff.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely, calm, and intimate — perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful. The pools were great and very enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Great stay in a beautiful.hotel

Pros: Great quiet location only 30 min from airport. Good restaurant options within walking distance of hotel. Nice beach and 2 pools. We had a room in the garden area across the road. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Good breakfast choice. Very friendly staff. Had a lovely stay and would use it again.

Cons: We had a deluxe garden view room but the view from our balcony was more like a dilapidated roof view, quite ugly. A shame as the hotel was certainly not full.and they could have put us in a different room. We didn't use the balcony due to the ugly view.

We had done a photo shoot with a professional photographer.

Pros: We had a great time time at the hotel . Staff were amazing. We used the coco restaurant very often. Great food and atmosphere too. Kids love the buffet breakfast at our stay.

Cons: We loved everything. No complaints!

Great for a relaxed chilled vibe

Pros: Staff and service are amazing. Water sports very close and amazing.

Cons: Not as much to do as the southern end of Nusa Dua.

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms, food was good with variety on the menu. Pool area big enough for guests that were there. Beds pretty comfy

Cons: Getting to our room took a long time. We arrived after check in time and waited 45min before we asked if our rooms was ready yet. They said another 40min which we replied we politely questioned as by then it would have been 2hours after check in time. Reception staff called housekeeping again and they found us a room straight away (we think it was a slight upgrade as we were beach side rather than garden side but they didn't say it was an upgrade). Gym extremely small

Pros: Stay at Novotel Bali Benoa was fabulous experience, kids enjoyed all the Christmas activities, swimming pools and morning breakfast. Complementary SPA and other activities were fantastic. Will visit again 😃.

Cons: Time flied too quickly.

Good holiday destination for family

Pros: Staff are beyond our expectation! Especially staff in kids club. My daughter loves to go to kids club everyday. Main pool and beach is good and relaxing. I love that food at the breakfast buffet is not the same everyday. Also love the vibes!

Cons: I can’t think of any now.

Pros: Beautiful property by the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing for families. They allowed late check in. Buffet breakfast is really good

Cons: There were mosquitoes. But understand its the season and not much the hotel can do.

All round a enjoyable experience

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet position with nice architecture and gardens . They serve a very good breakfast with plenty of variety. We stayed over the roadside, which has a very nice swimming pool with nice landscape areas . The beds are comfortable with nice pillows albeit the first room we stayed in didn’t have a soft top on it. The second room did.

Cons: We stayed in the pool access rooms which have glass covered front areas which Can get very hot and whenever it rains they leak. Attention is needed for keeping the glass clean. This did not impact our stay. The hot and cold tap system in the shower is very hard to adjust.

Everything was spotless, organized, and full of smiling faces.

Pros: From the reception staff to the technicians, and from the technicians to all other employees, everyone performs their job with great care and attention to detail. They are all friendly and cheerful people. The hotel was very clean — even if we left the room for just 5 minutes, it would already be cleaned. The areas around the pools were exceptionally tidy, and everyone was incredibly helpful. You completely stop worrying about what to do or where to have fun, because everything is perfectly organized. Everything was amazing — thank you so much
