Relaxing and comfortable

Pros: Well located, the shuttle is so convenient. The staff were great and the rooms were clean and quiet. A very comfortable stay

Best pool service of my trip

Pros: The pool and pool service was fantastic. The massage by the pool was great. The cocktails were great. The shuttle to the other side of the peninsula was frequent and handy to get to restaurants

Cons: The tap water smelled terrible, which isn't great when you need to shower or flush the toilet. My block didn't have a lift, so definitely say something when you book if that's an issue for you.

Hidden treasure and nice place to stay❤️🌴 🙏

Pros: Love this property and like to stay there.. did return after few trips.. pool is excellent, massages for good $, love the choice of food for breakfast and dinner

Fabulous and the staff are so caring would highly appreciate for a stay in Nusa Dua

Pros: We came with a group of friends to celebrate a 60th birthday and it was amazing with fire works cocktails and great food The staff were very accommodating to everyone’s needs

Cons: the only thing that was an issue was the lane way out to the main road it is very busy and not the greatest to walk on to and from and quite dirty I know this is probably not part of the property but an easier way out to the main road would be a plus we did use the shuttle to the other beach resort a couple of times

great place for a relaxing break

Pros: I have stayed here twice now it is quite and relaxing and beautiful surroundings the staff are very attentive nothing is to much trouble My friend had her 60th birthday here and it was amazing complete with fireworks and amazing food
