Villa Pande Sanur Beach Side

Fantastic stay was had my all.x

Pros: This Villa was gorgeous. We appreciated Gede & Ecko coming & replacing towels & sheets on our second day as we requested as well as tidying up & clearing out all our rubbish. Location was great, we love Sanur. Always love a great pool & the bedrooms were so spacious. Good bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with tea, coffee & cold, hot water dispenser & a spare big bottle. The communal area was so nice with a big tv & comfy couches. Also good to know when you do a grab or gojek - location is: Villa Pande (10F).

Cons: We had a big storm one night & had a leak in one of the upper bedrooms.

Villa Pande was perfect

Pros: The quiet location close to Mertasari beach was excellent. There were a lovely range of rooms and a great layout for family groups to gather together or relax separately. Having a pool was just the best way to cool down after trips or visits to local sites.

Pros: We only spent 2 nights at the property, the pool was lovely and staff very welcoming.

Great Stay at Villa Pande

Pros: We loved the house and the grounds, the staff were lovely and friendly and most things were catered for, we had a fantastic stay. The villa is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and Genius Cafe, we could park our rented scooters in the carport. The main area of improvement would be a good deep clean of the kitchen as there was mould on the dish rack and in and under the matting for dish placement within the cupboards, it's difficult to stay on top of this in a humid climate of course. The management were also very helpful around organisational matters such as having temporary pool fencing installed for our toddler, we can't thank them enough.

Lovely, spacious villa, quiet area

Pros: staff and communication was great location, not in the middle of Sanur but close enough. lots of space great entertainment space good price point

Cons: water pressure in 2 of the bathrooms was initially very low, but was fixed pool is a bit cold no washing machine

Pros: Beautiful Villa with lovely interior, everything you could need was there, the home is spacious and clean with a large pool, it felt like home, the free WiFi worked perfectly, the Villa is walking distance to the beach, to restaurants, to shops, close by you can hire a scooter or bicycle and a taxi or Grab (Uber) available within mins. On day two we noticed the fridge wasn't cooling well, I sent a msg to the Villa manager Ketut and within 2 hrs someone arrived at the Villa to measure the fridge, a new fridge was ordered and delivered the next day as it was Sunday and the warehouse was closed, in the meantime they filled the 'old' fridge with icepacks, and manager Ketut personally visited (asked beforehand if he could come and meet us), he apologised for the inconvenience and gifted us a bottle of whisky. We were all amazed by the swift handling of the fridge issue. The domestic staff and manager Ketut are so friendly, helpful and kind. Our family rate this Villa 10/10

Pros: The traditional Balinese feel, the beautiful tropical gardens, huge pool, very comfortable beds, the mozzie nets/spray/repellent/coils that were readily available

Cons: Fridge was not very cold, even at lowest temp. Mosquitoes were occasionally bad but loved how prepared the villa was the deal with them. Shower in main bedroom had issues with regulating water temperature, and the kitchen sink water I could never get warm/hot

In overall, I enjoy living in this villa, very chill and relax.

Pros: - An instant water machine that provides hot water for convenience. - Large spaces in the living room, garden, swimming pool, and all rooms. - Many useful daily necessities are provided, such as kitchen tissues, mosquito coils and oils, toothbrushes, cooking appliances, etc. - The bed is firm, which is good for sleeping. - Staff are all nice and helpful - Hair dryers are provided in each restroom - The view is nice and the surrounding is quiet and great - The staff is on time for check in and check out

Cons: - The water pressure in all the shower rooms is very, very low. - The central system storage water heater requires at least 30 minutes to provide hot water. - There are quite a few flyers, but the owner has provided a lot of mosquito coils, which are very useful. - There is no air conditioning in the living room, but fans are sufficient, especially at night. - The water at the basin in the ground floor toilet is always extremely hot, so we usually wash our hands in the bathtub. - The showers in all the shower rooms are fixed. - The Wi-Fi connection is poor on the first floor. - There is no washing machine. - The location is a bit far from the center, but it's easy to call for a Grab for transportation. - Only one key is provided, which is quite inconvenient for a large group of people. - The refrigerator does not cold and with ants. We put all the things in the freezer.

Pros: Lovely property with a classic old-school Bali feel. The gardens were lush and everything was clean. The outside bathrooms were a nice touch, which made the experience authentic. Taxi rides were quick to the main part of town and inexpensive. Overall a nice stay, and with clearer communication it would be even better.

Cons: There was a small communication mix-up around airport transport. I had agreed to have the property arrange it and asked for confirmation but didn’t hear back, so I ended up booking my own. On arrival, both drivers showed up, which was awkward—and I especially felt bad for the villa driver who came all that way unnecessarily.
