A great Villa stay.
Pros: No Breakfasts, but a great restaurant literally 40 meters away for great food. Villa location was nice and quiet with daily or as needed rooms and amenities cleaning & linen replacement. Would recommend :)
Cons: There was nothing wrong at all.

Felt like home! Definitely on our list of properties to stain again.
Pros: The villa had all the amenities that one can need for a longish stay. We stayed comfortably for 2 weeks. Gas hob, microwave, fridge, water dispenser, enough utensils for cooking. Pool was nice, cleaned twice a week , and deep! TV had Netflix and similar apps which was very convenient. Place is close ( walking distance) to a bar, few eating places and small convenience stores. The staff was efficient.
Cons: The neighbourhood was a little noisy.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Villa was cleaned daily except Sunday. Had all the facilities my family needed, kids had a blast. Good location too, not far walking distance to shops, restaurants and massages.
Cons: We did have a few rats running around but were able to catch them with traps. Not surprised with the wet season. Bed downstairs was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect stay for family
Pros: It was perfect for our family stay. We really appreciated that all the rooms had air conditioning, and the villa offered great value for the price. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and lounge area were ideal for family time the kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, plates, and basic appliances, while the lounge had an open layout with a dining table and direct access to the pool. The upstairs bedroom worked really well for families with younger children, and having each bedroom come with its own bathroom was an added bonus. Overall, the villa was spacious, well-equipped, and a great fit for our family holiday. Photo's don't do this place justice! - Laundry service available - Cleaner works Monday - Saturday cleaning the villa. - Location was great with lots of eateries nearby - Airport transfer was great/free (pick up only)
Cons: - The drainage of the bathroom downstairs was really slow. - Mosquitos as the lounge is open. Easy fix with mosquito coils and local mosquito spray

Loved it
Pros: Beautiful villa. Well maintained , cleaner was lovely. all the essentials included , Sunshoot Villas all round was perfect for us. Definitely added to our pleasant experience for our first family trip to Bali. Private pool and Located just at the back of the accommodating Sunshoot Bar and grill is another perk . Good food and drinks and serve breakkie from 730am 🙌🏾

Good location , welcoming staff and hospitable host .
Pros: Has everything you could need , good supply in kitchen , water cooler , full size fridge . pool area large and plenty of outdoor seating . Nice gardens . Loads of of space and clean
Cons: mattresses are not great quality. furnishings dated but well maintained. abit noisy at times overnight with other villas nearby , couldn’t be helped. A few minor issues which host was prompt to fix.

The Best Family Vacation Villa
Pros: Liked everything about the services provided by Warren and team. From the free pick up from the airport by Arya the most friendly and knowledgeable person I met while visiting to the amazing cleaning staff. Would reccomend this place to everyone looking to stay in Seminyak in the center yet away from all the hustle and noise.
Cons: Nothing!

Look, first trip to Bali great place to base yourself and chill!
Pros: Location was great and Cleanliness was excellent! Daily service by Lydia.. Staff were happy to assist at all times or if you wanted privacy and chill day no visitors Lydia respected.. Pool was clean and serviced 2 days week and a Godsend right from the living area. Grab services straight to your villa for food and transport. Big fridge!! Aircon a treat in your room. Definitely take Warrens advice and use his driver to pick you up from airport!! As tricky to find first time! I'll take his advice next time but i had already sorted this time. Walking distance to Mini Marts, food and pharmacy's and well everything you need. after you go for walk around. Cheap to GRAB bike anywhere even Canguu! I'II be back!! Prefect first trip for my 16yo daughter and always felt safe wandering around there.
Cons: Walls are thin if you have noisy neighbor's. Only a bother a couple of nights(We were there 14) But tell Lydia when she's there to clean and she will try and sort. Run the Downstairs ensuite Shower or basin before use.

Pros: Everything, the property is amaculate and although could do with a little tlc it was so perfect in every other way. The pool was lovely, the staff (Warren, Lydia and Arya) are absolutely wonderful and accomodate every one of our needs. We loved it for the money we paid!
