Nice Place

Pros: The location is in a quiet street but still restaurants ,shops and the main road is walk away. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Although we didn't use much of the kitchen, it seemed to have all the requirements. Outside pool was nice. Towels were provided. Cleaning was done. There is a mosque few minutes away by walking in the same street.

Cons: I requested for an early check-in as we were landing early in the morning but despite the villa being empty the staff never confirmed nor totally refused. The code to enter the villa wasn't provided till few minutes before check in & that too we have to send a message. Bit more courtesy and not always thinking as business minded person can go a long way furthering ones business.

Highly recommended, great villa, will stay here again.

Pros: You’re near all the action in Seminyak but also far enough away to chill when you don’t want to go out. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Wifi is really good and the pool is great for relaxing in. The villa has a maid who is really polite.

Cons: The water system didn’t have a filter until the third day, after one was installed it was fine. The water system is run by an electric pump that kicks in when it senses a drop in pressure. Which is ok unless there is a black out. Which on the last day happened. Not the villas fault however 8 hours no power the entire villa, including showers all shut down. It’s a long shot but a back up generator would have been awesome in this situation.

Pros: Everything about this property was amazing. Myself and two guests had an amazing stay here. The communication between the host was fantastic and they made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Seminyak

Lovely Balinese style place, away from the tourist area with a refreshing pool.

Pros: The pool was nice in the 30°C heat. AC may need a recharge but did cool place down a bit. Good WiFi. Had issues with electronic door entry, but host was able to respond quickly and assist with entry. Note at house says to change a cleaning sign to ‘please clean’, but we never did find a sign to change. May need updates on some documents printed at house. Cleaning lady Kiki comes every 2 days. And Pool guy comes once a week

Cons: There is a price list for coffee and other things, but inventory was depleted. Kitchen had the basics, but not really set up for cooking. There wasn’t even a handle on the oven. With cost of eating out very cheap, this did not affect our stay.

Pros: Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. На кухне имеется вся посуда и техника. Все чисто и уютно. Нет насекомых. Двор компактный, но уютный. Аккуратный чистый бассейн и зона у бассейна. Район тихий, поэтому не было посторонних шумов. Кафе и магазины в шаговой доступности

Pros: Больше всего понравился сам стиль виллы! Хотелось окунуться в атмосферу Бали и местной архитектуры. Это удалось! На фоне дома получаются очень эффектные фотографии, такого не видели больше нигде. Вилла хорошая, соответствует фотографиям. Менеджер, с которым общались, очень вежливый. Предложили массаж прямо на вилле, мы согласились и все было организовано прекрасно. Понравилась зона с бассейном. Еще очень понравилось, что на самой вилле есть все необходимое для длительного проживания, мы точно вернемся сюда уже не на один день.
