Hard Rock Hotel Bali

Pros: Facilities, staff behaviour, plenty of things to do in side the hotel.

Cons: Room was a bit small I think!

Fabulous stay

Pros: Great hotel for families, accomodating with small children. Delicious buffet breakfast, yummy restaurants and perfect location to explore without having to go to far with young kids. Staff were amzing and absolutely loved the towel made animals on the bed that Faja made whilst cleaning our rooms🥰

Cons: Next time we would book the family room for some added space with the kids.

Pros: The location is amazing close to everything, restaurant shopping centre, mini market. The facilities and entertainment is just amazing. Kids love playing at the pool area on the slides. And the food was sooo sooo sooo good !! I love the room at The pool access area close to the breakfast place and the pool moreover the complimentary cocktails for 1 hour afternoon everyday is just completed the stay. Over all we definitely come back again.

Pros: We just had the best stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Kuta! If you are traveling with children, this is hands-down the best place for kids in Bali. The resort is incredibly well-organized, and the staff makes everything feel seamless from check-in to check-out. Having breakfast included was a huge win—the spread was impressive and a great way to fuel up for the day. Between the amazing pool area and the kids' activities, our family was entertained the entire time. Highly recommend for a stress-free family vacation!\

Amazing place for families, not so relaxing for a couple wanting to relax

Pros: Absolutely amazing place, so clean and tidy. Staff were exceptional.

Cons: Was a little bit of a maze, we kept getting lost in there Definitely a family venue not a great place to relax as a couple vacationing without children

Perfect location & resort for a young family looking to relax and be close to a lot.

Pros: Buffet breakfast is a hit with the kids, the staff and service is amazing, there is so many staff around and they are all willing to help with such a polite attitude no matter what. The pool is amazing, we hired a cabana on 4 separate days, each one in a different location of the pool to make the most of it. The cabana is something that you should pre book though as they are in high demand, although there is also plenty of sunbeds with shade too. The room is somewhere we personally don't spend a lot of time, but none the less they are cleaned daily, have everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: That is my second time there and I think for the price, it would be a nice place to stay for a shorter holiday. My kids are 13 & 9 so they didn't make use of the kids activities, but again that's a personal choice.

Pros: house keeping are amazing on it and any requests come immediately, breakfast good variety, pool is great for kids

Cons: need more pool servers if you are not in a cabana hard to get orders as not many staff to take orders, the compulsary nye package was very expensive for what it was we assumed drinks were included at the pool also but this was not the case, the xmas dinner was much better value and drinks were included for less $$ we probably wont stay for nye again.
