Comfortable clean and friendly hotel

Pros: The location to Kuta beach and our favorite places to eat.

Cons: It was lovely, a few minor things. The front entrance ramp was steep and no option to use the step just ramp. When wet was slippery. Doorman was very help and friendly assisted me down the ramp. Pool bar prices high so didn’t go to pool a lot.

The hotel is in a great location, staff wonderful, the manager Ari is very helpful.

Pros: It was in a good location, Starbucks next door and shopping centre less than 5 minutes walk away. Complimentary beverage lounge, wonderful staff and welcoming ambience

Cons: Taxi service drivers at foyer are annoying and forceful

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, great response rate and genuine. Gorgeous pool, great massage centre, excellent breakfast buffet

Cons: Dated and old lobby area, musty smell in the lower lobby leading outside.feels old and needs a refresh. No iron in the room which should be a standard in a 5 star. No dinner buffet.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again as we loved the position across from the beach

Pros: Location was great, having a balcony over looking the beach was awesome, perfect for people watching. It was extremely hot out on it in the afternoon until sunset. Our room was lovely but it is showing its age. The Staff were amazing, nothing was a problem.

Cons: The hotel is clean but is showing its age.
