Excellent location and very welcoming staff

Pros: Staff were all really friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The pool is also really nice with excellent views, good location, me and my brother walked to Seminyak beach each day, also 18 min drive to airport!

Cons: There aren’t any windows in the rooms but I already knew this before staying here from reading the reviews, in my opinion it isn’t that much of a big deal as the rooms are nice and the lighting is good

Great on hotel services, but NOT the building arrangement.

Pros: The Location is just right on the beach front. Cleanliness, linen and pillow, breakfast, room service, room rate were all great. So, the daily hotel service and economically values were just excellent.

Cons: Our room was actually in the building basement, under the ground, with 1 only access. There was No natural light, no natural air circulation. We were actually trapped inside the building, should there is a disaster. So, IF a fire happen, or an electric blackout occurred, or a natural disaster tsunami happen, there could be a panic of scrambling out of the building. This hotel is not recommended for whom suffer claustrophobia.

Pros: Cheap, affordable, accessible to everything, live band, infront of beach, comfy bed, nice air-conditioning, good room service food, breakfast included, free water in room. Very accomodating front desk personnel.

Cons: Smell of room, dirty carpet, stayed for 10days and got my bed dirty eating chips i told them to change but still not changing linen, lights are little dark specially in toilet. no wifi, no signal on tv

Pros: All the staff were very friendly ,front desk staff,resturant staff and the people who cleaned out our rooms.Couldnt fault anything and very good value for what we payed for .I would stay there again.
