Staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable

Pros: Staff are greatest asset. Location good for us as we did not require a beach as Kuta beach washed away. We enjoy many close places to eat.

Great location and swimming pool

Pros: Great pool and good restaurant with good service around the pool. Convenient location to go and visit everywhere in Bali and with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The surf instructors that are within the hotel grounds were great and it was very convenient.

Cons: Not hotel related but Kuta beach in front is full of rocks, there's no space for you to place your towel and relax. This is due to the latest floodings and erosion, 500 mm up north it improves.

Pros: The staff are very helpful, the hotel is right on Kuta beach...., the breakfast is very good.

Cons: Honestly, I didn't like Kuta beach... it's a bit dirty.

We loved relaxing at the roof top pool, wat hung sunsets after busy days exploring Kuta

Pros: Rooms were a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable. Location is amazing for watching the sunset from the rooftop pool and a short walk to Poppies lanes and the beachwalk shopping centre

Pros: The location is very good, the room could be bigger, there are few electrical outlets, the breakfast is very good...the staff are very helpful,...the hotel pool is very good.

Cons: I didn't like the size of the room; it could be bigger... and inside the shower stall, there should be space to put personal items like shampoo and creams.

A good place to start our holiday from

Pros: Great location , Great staff, great pool by day or evening ….. spectacular

Cons: Pillows were massive with very limited options for smaller ones Breakfast was reasonably limited compared to other hotels but staff were excellent …. Other than that it was great
