Great location, clean and comfortable

Pros: Location and facilities were great! Been here 3 times now and loved every stay

Cons: Aircon in room could be colder.. it was enough but could be stronger/colder

Dekuta could be great with a few minor changes

Pros: Loved the comfy bed and the close vicinity to the beach. Staff were always very helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was good but no variety from day to day. Don't allow people to smoke where others are eating. Since 2012 the law in Indonesia prohibits smoking in resturants so please enforce this. Also our TV's did not have youtube as advertised. Hot water didn't work after 6pm.

Good location, friendly service, great value for money.

Pros: Good location, very close to the beach. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. On site restaurant and room service available. Staff were very helpful when checking in and out, we requested two rooms side by side and they were able to accommodate.

Cons: We stayed on level two and rooms were all accessed by stairs, which wasn’t too bad. There is also a busy street right outside, which was slightly noisy at night but okay.

Classy, clean and comfortable!

Pros: Right in the heart of Kuta located on poppies 2, this place is the perfect spot to stay! The rooms are beautiful,clean, and comfortable. We stayed on the lowest level which was just steps from the pool and restaurant

Pros: The location to close beach and shops and the room is good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night as we were flying out the next day. The staff were nice and helpful and we appreciated they let us check in a little late due to our flight and had cars to take us to the airport.

Pros: The location is perfect, close to the airport and walking distance to the beach and all facilities in Kuta. The staff is super nice and the rooms were so confortable.

Walking distance to everywhere in Kuta

Pros: Excellent location everything was walking distance Great buffet breakfast varied and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and let us check in early we were very grateful for that. Spacious room comfortable bed and a hot shower

Good value, clean and well-located hotel.

Pros: We were only there for 1 night, but the location was very handy for the beach, shopping and restaurants. The hotel had a clean, comfortable room and bed. breakfast was good value with a reasonable choice of dishes available.

Cons: Our room had no view at all. in fact the balcony looked out onto the side of the building at right angles to our's. We were only at the hotel for 14 hours, so it wasn't a big deal, but something to be aware of.
