Exceptional brief stay!
Pros: Everything was just perfect from host Ayu was lovely and very efficient, met all my requirements. It's just such a well designed villa and quiet, i felt safe as it was just me there. Enjoyed the bali villa all to myself! So lucky to experience all to myself. Thank you Aya and Widd the maintenence man for promptly coming over to help me with door and oven. Dreamy villa

Pros: we loved the space and how beautiful it looked on the inside and also having our own pool , the staff were very friendly and organised massages to come to our rooms and were always there to help
Cons: the location is quite far out so you do have to drive everywhere but wasn’t that big of a problem , the shower wasn’t very hot but it was so hot outside we didn’t really care

Cons: Cleaners did not change bed sheets throughout the stay, despite stating they would change them. Toilets leaked

Pros: The staff was very helpful and the cleaning staff was super friendly and extra helpful. It is convenient and closer to all the attractions. It is quiet during the night, which was amazing. Everything was beautiful about the property.

Family of 7
Pros: We enjoyed our time here, family of 7. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Facilities were amazing security was good in the area. We spent our time swimming, relaxing and eating. Appreciate the early check in as we checked out of Seminyak 12pm.
Cons: Need to be careful of the slippery ground when wet in any area especially with children. My 3 year old slipped near the pool and I slipped in the bathroom area. Its because of the type of paint they used on the ground. As a solution may need to add grip panels to the ground to prevent slips, trips and falls.

Pros: The villas overall were very well kept, clean, daily housekeeping was amazing! All the facilities included were also very impressing! Having young kids, the 24/7 security was also very reassuring and Nyoman was amazing with our big family of 36! We can not fault the villas one bit! The villa also provided airport pick ups and transfers which was so helpful! We also had a faulty door and within an hour handymen were over to repair it! It was the perfect service overall
Cons: The distance to local shops, shopping mall, bank etc We had to catch multiple gojeks to get to places. Wish it were closer to shops, beach etc Also the flooring would be the only hazard I found. With the kids swimming daily, there is no grip on the floor surrounding pool area! Kids did slip a few times which was concerning. Definitely need some sort of grip in 1E 🙏🏾 Even the steps from the room upstairs when wet were hazardous. I would definitely consider some grip around to prevent further injuries/falls A gate outside the front door securing the villas would have been nice. We did have a few stray dogs go past us a fair bit and kids would get scared. One stray dog came into the villa once., Also lots of cracks and holes in the pavement outside was not very safe
