Good location and very comfortable place to stay

Pros: Everything was great. Not too far from main area of Seminyak. Entire place was clean, beds comfy, full kitchen, pool was good size

Cons: Not the property fault but paving in the lane way to the villa is very slippery when wet

Property management was excellent, contacted before stay and whole time during stay. Everything we requested was looked

Pros: Big and spacious, very clean. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Two living room areas was a nice touch.

Cons: Is not easy to find unless given direct directions. Very busy traffic area off the main road.

Amazing & perfect

Pros: Even with the villa in a busy area like Seminyak, it is far enough that don’t hear the noise of the traffic. The villa management was in contact on a daily basis to make sure we are happy and if we needed anything. The villa was always very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spaces and the pool gets the sun most of afternoon. Also loved that they organised a cake and dropped it off for our son’s 10th bday. First time in Bali and loved every minute of it .

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.

Hidden gem around a busy area

Pros: Spacious villa . Great it had a bedroom downstairs with the 2 remaining upstairs. Like it had two living areas for large groups it accommodated to everyone

Cons: That it wasn’t easy to find the villa as it had no signs pointing towards it (other do)

Would definitely be back again!

Pros: Loved everything about the property! Staff were very helpful and replied promptly in assisting to our queries. It is clean, air con was good, everything matches our needs! Other than the pool being a tad deeper, everything was perfect!

Pros: Degung and his staff were amazing. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while staying and they made it a exceptional experience. The team went above and beyond to help us celebrate and make us feel at home Thanks heaps team!

Heerlijke villa met super mooi en fijn zwembad.

Pros: Prachtige nieuwe villa met mooi privé zwembad. De ligging was erg rustig wat fijn is in het drukke Seminyak

Cons: Bereikbaarheid. Maar de gastheer wilde je hierbij graag helpen.

Pros: The villa is clean and well-maintained. The staff is really helpful and kind, they welcome us well and explained us about the villa. Shout out to Bu Mega that really help us from the beginning until we checked out The villa is located in small complex villa, friendly & calm neighbourhood. First, we love the spacious living room on the first floor that connected with kitchen. All 3 bedrooms are spacious & the bed is comfy and all the bedding linen , towel are fresh and clean , air conditioner is working well. The location is really strategic in the center of seminyak - kerobokan area. Overall i really enjoy our stay in gregana villa

Cons: 1. The access it's very challenging for us to drive our car to the dedicated parking area. The road is small..we recommended u to drive motorcycle. How ever we managed to drive brio without any scratch to our rented car. 2. The missing amenties - no toothbrush&toothpaste. no doormats. [ the alley in front of 2nd floor bedroom is very slipery when rain ]

Will definitely come back here. The best villa we have stayed in Seminyak.

Pros: The property is new and has a modern design. We really love this villa because its spacious and near to the center. Staff are really accomodating and helpful.
