Pros: The villa was lovely, very comfortable for my family if 6.

Cons: The only negative is the villa is a little tired. The pool had a couple of broken tiles and could do with some updating.

If you like relaxing by the pool and being taken care off, this is the place to stay.

Pros: The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. They picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. Villa cleaning, pool cleaning, and garden was done every day and immaculate. Breakfast included was great and we got to choose every day. Surprisingly quiet in the Villa.

Cons: Cross the main road. It was also a bit far out for walking to restaurants we normally go to.

Pros: Everything very good.Very nice and welcoming villa-you feel like at home. Breakfest exceptional. A/C worked very well. Very good location,close to busy area,but at the same time very quiet. They offering transfer to/from airport for a good price.

Perfect Villa for my family and I to celebrate my nieces birthday!

Pros: What a lovely villa!! Perfect size, right amount of privacy yet still close to shops etc. Staff communication was very fast and accomodating, decorating my nieces room for her birthday which she loved. Soleil and his team are very attentive to your needs!! Our lovely chefs cooked us the most delicious breakfast which was a great way to start our day. Cannot recommend this place enough - thank you!

Beautiful villa with excellent staff.

Pros: I highly recommend staying at Villa Sitara Excellent staff. There was nothing that was too difficult to manage. Day trips , transport and a Home cooked meal by Fenny was delicious. Linen smelt like soap and the place was super clean. Soleil was very attentive and professional in management of the Villa. Well done staff.

Cons: Nothing really except it was a 30 minute walk to Seminyak beach but a taxi didn’t cost very much.

Perfect Villa 10/10

Pros: The staff met us when we arrived and thoroughly explained the villa to us. Each morning the lovely lady comes to your villa and cooks your breakfast which was always wonderful with fresh fruit. The outside area is a great size with immaculate gardens, a beautiful pool and gazebo seated area. All rooms had their own outside jungle bathroom and TVs. The living area was great for the kids with the TV having all the streaming services. The kitchen was well equipped and always stocked with fresh drinking water. Soleil answers all your questions and even arranged transport.

Pros: Very clean. Very beautiful. Great staff, very accommodating. Amazing breakfast. Has everything there that you need. Very aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: Sliding glass doors do not lock when leaving the villa. Only can lock them from the inside. Even staff left them unlocked when coming to clean - I think the locks are broken. Could only lock entrance gate. Bed mattresses were very hard and not very comfortable. Also led light displaying temperature on the air con at night is very bright and couldn’t figure out how to turn off the display.

Pros: The villa manager and his team were wonderful people and made our first trip to Bali all the more pleasant. The cooked breakfast in the morning was such a luxury and was very tasty too! Compliments to the chef! The villa itself was perfect for a group of adults. The villa is located behind a busy street but is easy to get in/out of, especially if you rent a bike. It's also only a 10 minute walk to the hub of Seminyak.

Cons: Our stay was during wet season so on the rainy days, there was some flooding in the bathroom as well as some roof leaks, but this was manageable and didn't negatively impact our stay.
