Absolutely ticked all the boxes

Pros: The location was exactly where we wanted., tucked away so no traffic noise. but only 100 mtrs from Eat St. Huge pool with matching garden and over hanging folage to shade the pool during the PM. Large common areas, big bedrooms with funky bathrooms. Starting to show age but doesn't detract from the experience. Loved the place and would stay again.

Cons: Asking for a considerable security deposit 12 hours before arrival was a surprise. It was to be paid in cash on arrival to the staff, with no consideration to a receipt (had to bargain for that) I am happy to pay a deposit, but would prefer it to be mentioned earlier in the booking process and be acknoledged with proper documentation. 'Tropical 3brm' is not the correct name of this villa and this caused some confusion. Not sure why this was used instead of Villa Umah Maya.
