The Yubi Boutique Villas Seminyak

This is our third stay at Yubi, and would have no hesitation in booking there again. We had a wonderful holiday.

Pros: We have stayed here many times and love the location and the general functionality of the villa which has everything we need for a chilled holiday. Great pool, aircon bedroom and super comfy bed, lounge kitchen whilst basic, is adequate. Secluded and exceptionally quiet apart from the odd hum of the club beats but did not pose us any problems. Yuda and his team are what makes the Yubi so special. They can’t do enough for you - just ask and they will try and do some magic. So kind, jolly and attentive to our needs. Will return again.

Cons: They are certainly in need of some investment to get them a bit more modernised but as a value for money stay, there’s not much we don’t like about Yubi.

Fabulous villa with the friendliest staff

Pros: The bed is incredibly comfortable, the staff are so helpful, the pool is great and we enjoyed the outdoor area as it was so peaceful.

Superb Villa, amazing location

Pros: The Yubi Villas were absolutely superb, no complaints at all. All of the staff especially Yudu were absolutely incredible, we will definitely be staying here again.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was very poor but nothing to complain about in the big scheme of things.

Great location, fantastic service and relaxing stay

Pros: What a fantastic place to stay! Great location just a bit up from Seminyak Square. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Villas are perfect. It is “older” style Villa, but clean and maintained. Breakfast was delicious as well ☺️

Pros: Great location in Seminyak. Located just off a busy street but very private and quiet. Private plunge pool with deck chairs and a cabana. The Villa is very spacious. Facilities in the Villa are starting to date but it was very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower needs further attention.

So good that we plan on coming back

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and helped us with everything that we needed and always had a smile on their faces. The pool was sensational with fresh towels every day. The breakfast options were tasty and a a decent variety. We couldn't fault these villas, everything was absolutely perfect

Pros: Loved the location - great for restaurants. Good size villa and garden area. Pool was perfect temperature

Cons: Had a few water issues- but the staff corrected theses quickly.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: I felt very spoiled staying at yubi villas, the staff treated me with so much respect, they were very caring and would sit and talk to me they even gave me their whatsapp number in case I needed anything , there was nothing i could ask for that would be too much, they brought breakfast to my villa, I could order massages to my villa, which is more affordable than going into seminyak. Most of all the staff made me feel very safe during my stay. The Villa it self is beautiful, very private, perfect for a romantic get away

Exceptional Stay at Seminyak.

Pros: Third time stay at Yubi. As always, Yuda and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional..

Pros: Great location. Very comfortable and private. Wonderful hosts.

Cons: Slightly run down. Needs some attention such as paint, kitchen a bit dated.
