Villa Giraffe Seminyak

Pros: Exceptional stay – highly recommend! We stayed at Giraffe Villa for 10 days and had an amazing experience. The villa is in a great central location in Seminyak, with a short walk to fantastic restaurants, shops, and cafes. The villa itself is excellent and very well set up, making it perfect for four couples or multiple families. The layout provides plenty of space and privacy, while still being great for spending time together. A special mention to Hana and the team, who looked after us exceptionally well throughout our stay. Their care, attention to detail, and friendliness really made the experience even better. We would highly recommend Giraffe Villa and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Pros: My family of 7 had a lovely stay. 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa was truly exceptional. No issues with electricity or water.. everything worked well, so the issues from previous reviews have been fixed. The Villa management was great. Nothing was too hard and the service was next level. It really is a short walk to Potato Head and the Iron Fairy is literally just around the corner. Great location which is quiet but convenient. We will definitely be back.

Pros: The location was quiet but close to everything we needed. The pool, outdoor room and sunken lounge were a hit for hanging out. Beds were very comfortable.

Pros: Location was fabulous. The addition of water filter machine was great, I have never had that before in Bali, a real bonus. Multiple chill out zones, one with fire pit. Very conducive for relaxing. ☺️

Pros: The property was well maintained and luxurious. I personally felt that the hygiene was very well maintained through and the staff was certainly responsive on just one message/ call. The owners and the staff were very supportive with our entire stay. The villa is located in the heart of seminyak and all the good restaurants and bars are max 5-7mins away. Amazing property, amazing staff, amazing location. No second thoughts on rebooking this one on my next visit to bali.

Cons: Nothing really with respect to my stay but just one small thing if we’re being honest. We had arrived at the villa around 11 and had requested early checkin. Even though the had denied before hand on emails but our request still stood cuz we had an infant with us. If they would’ve give just one room or the outside pool section to rest the baby, it would’ve probably been convenient but we were rather left stranded on the road. Those few hours were scary and inconvenient.

Excellent spacious villa in the center of Seminyak - perfect for big family or group of friends stay

Pros: We like it that the villa is spacious for 4 adults. Private pool is very nice. Location is also very nice, in the center of Seminyak, walking distance to restaurants and club we plan to visit. We enjoyed our stay in the villa very much.

Cons: We had problem finding the place since no sign for Giraffe Villa in Gang Sunyi. Also challenge in contacting the manager. Originally I thought she is the site manager, appeared she is at the office, then send site manager WA, only to find out he was not on the site. So was not good communication at the beginning. Also washing machine and dryer didnt work - we had serious laundry problem, we thought we could do laundry at the villa. So that was a bit of disappointment.
