This villa delivered that true Balinese vibe from the moment we arrived — peaceful, tropical and a great place to unwind

Pros: I loved the authentic, Balinese vibe the moment you walked through the gates — it felt peaceful, tropical and welcoming. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The pool was maintained daily, always clean and ready to use, and the villa itself was kept spotless with the daily butler service. We even had little squirrels running through the tall palm trees which added to the charm. The whole area was quiet and relaxing, making it feel like a true escape from the busier parts of Seminyak. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The tiles at the bottom of the stairs became slippery when wet, so you just had to be careful walking in that area.

Excellent property and location

Pros: The villa is great - big pool, very clean. Agus the guy who looks after the villa is lovely. No washing machine but you can get laundry done around the corner. No oven but hey, who wants to cook with so many restaurants on your doorstep - there is a hob. We arranged airport pick up through the villa management company which was really handy - he sent through a photo of where he was standing to help us find him in the chaos that is the pick up area. Fantastic villa in great area - walk to beach and restaurants - easy to get around

Cons: Could do with some more sun loungers. The gangway to access the property can be a bit smelly in places but don’t let that put you off - a lot of these villas are up gangways

Pros: Lovely Villa in a very quiet location, pool was great in the shade most of the day. Agus did a great job cleaning and a cooking a couple of breakfasts for us. Great coffee shop just two minutes walk away and only 5 minutes walk to the restaraunts, bars and shops

Cons: Not easily accessible if you have any trouble walking as it is located down a long alley way, the Air Cond in the main room really struggled during the hotter days, could probably so with a size upgrade

Pros: It was a little hard to locate the property, but that was down to an unreliable location from Google Maps

Cons: Pool was awesome, aircon needed a bot of work as the main unit was too small for the property.

Lovely villa and great staff

Pros: It was lovely to have breakfast cooked for us and the lady was very lovely

Cons: No bed in the sun to sun bath, everywhere was in the shade and tree branches kept falling off onto us so too much foliage which also created lots of ants and mosquitoes. I wasn't bitten at all until we moved into this property

Pros: Very spacious and luxurious villa with a nice living room and great pool. Bedrooms were great too. Ver kind staff that were very helpful.

Amazing!

Pros: Very spacious, the pool is huge and deep, perfect for swimming. The staff is great, helpful and takes good care of the guests. Perfect for big groups as there’s lots of space. Great value for money, for real. You can easily get a taxi if you walk out of the small alley the villa is in and get on a bigger road.

Cons: The small alley leading to the villa can be a little scary to walk through during the night, but there is security next to the villa. You may find some lizards inside as there’s small gaps between the doors, but again, it’s Asia. Overall it was worth it!

Most amazing villa with the most gorgeous hosts. Perfect location and hideaway from the busy streets

Pros: The most amazing Villa and our hosts Paul and Yuda were beyond wonderful. Yuda made the stay more amazing than we could imagine. Our daughter adored her and she helped us whenever we needed. Her breakfasts were the most delicious of our stay! We will return to the villa every Bali trip because of Yuda and the location! Perfect! The security guard and night was so lovely and opened doors for us, chatted to our 6yo and was helpful with anything we needed. Short walk to great shops and food and the pool is gorgeous!! Can not fault anything!
