Short, but good

Pros: It’s interior design is outstanding and people like Ari make it a great place. Also guest relations have improved.

Cons: Everything was fine

Facilities and onsite personnel world class

Pros: The facilities itself are outstanding. You can’t find comparable apartments in Bali. But the real asset (once again) was Arianto and his team (also the cleaners). Arianto did everything to make my stay worthwhile and helped to solve any problem to my satisfaction. I would hire him immediately.

Cons: Guest relations (from booking to arrival) are just not up to the job. They don’t communicate in a friendly way, they don’t understand and manage customer expectations, they don’t communicate internally and they annoy with repeated bureaucratic mails. They really need a thorough training. I nevertheless give a 10, since the people onsite (and especially Arianto) made more than up for that. I definitely will come back and hope that I can see some improvement in online communication prior to check in.

Ari rescued a good rating for Premier Umalas Villas

Pros: I really liked the inside of the apartments. All in a very fashionable design style, with a lot of intelligent solutions (dressing room / study), bathroom, staircase, open kitchen, dining room, living room to the (very small) terrace and pool, lighting solutions (staircase!) and in all rooms, sockets where you need it: thoughtful to the detail: they must have had a very good architect. I also hold some of the employees in high esteem: especially Ariantara (Ari) who personally elevated the premises from a poor rating (around 3) to a high rating of 8. He cared for everything and was highly competent: I am sure he could make his way in far better resorts or succeed abroad and I can see him in high positions in the future. I also appreciate the work of the cleaning personnel (especially Chiara and Anga) who kept the premises meticulously clean.

Cons: There is basically two things: The Premier Umalas Villas - from the outside - have zero atmosphere: it’s not a hotel or resort with villas, but serviced apartments in a kind of tenement block - efficient, but not what I would expect for a holiday. Except the apartments there is no other facilities that usually come with a hotel: even the reception was not physically ready as of this review. The worst nevertheless was their customer service pre-arrival. I was asked four times about my expected time of arrival although I had answered it already in the first time and continued to answer it any time. I was frequently given instructions and orders how to treat the premises and threatened consequences if I wouldn’t comply (and almost felt like an intruder or criminal before I even arrived). My legitimate questions were not answered and the tone of communications was very rude. I was asked about payments that were not on the booking website. I was about to cancel the hotel for the nights where cancellation was still possible (and but for Ari’s service and customer orientation I would have done it and give it a very bad rating).

Pros: Очень внимательный персонал, находятся на месте в комплексе. На вилле полностью оборудованная кухня, есть все, даже блендер, установлен куллер для воды входит в стоимость есть минибарБ постоянно пополняется, Очень качественно убирают виллу. бассейн небольшой но его достаточно! очень чисто свежий ремонт. Большая парковка на территории охраняемая.

Pros: Tout s’est très bien passé, l’emplacement, la disponibilité, la propreté, la décoration, et les grandes chambres, seul bémol, les piscines toujours à l’ombre et la proximité des voisins, à part ça je recommande et j’ai passé 10 jours très agréable.

Pros: the villa is clean, comfortable and the staff are great

Cons: the water flow from the shower, too tiny 😆 and the check out time, it would be better and more convenient if the property make it 12.00 😊
