The Maya Seminyak Villas

Great villa , perfect location, close to all shops and cafes. Staff were great, friendly and kind. A nice villa to stay

Pros: We stayed in the Jepun Villa, private pool and two bedrooms with extra large king size beds. The villa is open plan for the sitting area, kitchen and the pool area too. This property was beautiful, it was close to the shops and main shopping area in Seminyak, restaurants, cafes , massage places both high end and cheaper options. The staff were excellent, checking in for room clean and every night they will come in and light incense for mosquitoes. Cleaning service everyday, new towels and water bottles plus making up of the beds every day. They had a water filter in the kitchen to fill up water bottles. There was kitchen with appliances. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. It was private and noise levels were low, you can hear some bustle of cars on Main Street but did not affect our sleep or comfort. The workers are so friendly and kind , and gave advice about car service options. They were always willing to help and were always smiling.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the appliances were old , the kettle and the toaster. If you are thinking of making tea or toast they aren’t new. However our meals were all from local cafes and restaurants which are walking distance. So we didn’t use them Other than that everything else was perfect.

Pros: Wonderfully attentive staff. Happy to help with deliveries to the villa. Very quick to answer on Whatsapp.

Cons: We couldnt use the showers in any of the rooms due to the strong smell of sewerge water

Seminyak Bungalow

Pros: Location, staff and the property in general. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The TV was too small and not smart. AC was OK, just, but may have struggled in hotter season.

Pros: Very friendly staff and free fruit provided. The private pool was big and clean, the bedroom was spacious, and there was a large vanity table. Just remember to use mosquito repellent at night due to mosquitoes. Overall, a great stay and would happily return!

Cons: The shampoo and body wash in the bathtub area might need to be replaced. They have a bit of an unpleasant smell, possibly because they haven’t been changed for a while or something got into them.

Great Location

Pros: The Villa is very spacious and having a private pool is fantastic. They are perfectly located in the heart of Seminyak - walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping and about 15mins walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful and check in was seem less. Overall a great location and a very spacious villa.

Cons: The Villas are a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment, the onsite restaurant was not open so breakfast is delivered from another location and isn’t at its best by the time it arrives. We also experienced issues with low water pressure and a lack of hot water.

Bali is a good getaway. Friendly people. Great food. Loved the tourists attractions and culture. Amazing Balinese massag

Pros: Private. Comfortable and good value for money. Ease of access to most social places. Walking distance to all you need. Villa is nicely designed with necessities

Quiet considering its proximity to the main road of Seminyak

Pros: Loved the spaciousness of the villas. We had adjoining villas with our adult children. The layout and pool areas were beautiful! Location was excellent!

Cons: Cleaning was ok but could have been better.

Great location for a getaway.

Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Have stayed here before. Large villas. Would stay again.

Cons: Pool lights were not on and pumps could be cleaned and updated as they were on and off and not the best but useable. Price has gone up quite a bit for this location and could get similar for less on the same strip. Only actual negative is bathroom outside some villas can have the bathroom in AC

Private central stay

Pros: Easy, friendly check in, staff offered to show villa prior to payment. I was not disappointed, the villa was comfortable and met our needs. Brilliant location to all bar's restaurants and shopping. There is a little restaurant attached to the villa which was not available and closed during our stay. Had that of been available, it would have been great for a meal. Beautiful private villa pool added to our brilliant stay

Cons: Breakfast, could be solved by opening their attached restaurant. In villa breakfast is made off site

Simply great for all the senses in your body

Pros: Amazing villa with a pool provided great rest and relaxation, plenty of amenities, great and pleasant staff. One night of problem with air con was quickly fixed and they gave us mobile air con unit for that night and a free transfer to the airport to apologize for the short tech problem. We would come back here again in the future.
