Charming 3 Bedrooms Villa Beach Walking Distance

Excellent place, convenient location.

Pros: This property was more than we expected. Excellent location with 3 supermarkets and 2 coffee and breakfasts shops next door. Super clean, super responsive and professional service, we couldn't ask for better! We would highly recommend and stay there again! Super comfy beds and bathrooms for every room. Couldn't ask for better!

Cons: there is nothing we didn't like

Pros: This is a modern villa with a great pool! The beds are comfy and the kitchen is sufficient for cooking a bit of breakfast etc. It is a bit further from Seminayak Square but there are other cafes walking distance! Its perfect for a family or friends group as everyone gets their own bathroom.

Cons: The showers look nice but a not practical with rocks etc. I wish the living room was blocked off with a wall or windows rather than just blinds. Also the payment is based on the local conversion rate and not booking.com rate so keep that in mind when arranging cash (cash only in person).

I am a very particular person. And I’m telling you right now, this villa was literally perfect. Highly recommend.

Pros: Perfect location. Crystal clean. Everything new. Safe. Everything.

Cons: This is probably me being experienced enough with Gojek etc, although there needs to be a sign or better way to communicate where villa was located. It was a bit hard ordering delivery. Saying that, i want to make it clear that it was very easy to find the villa if you knew what you were looking for. It just made it a bit hard to order delivery. You would have to wait for the food to be picked up and communicate with the driver via photos/videos of the entry. No big deal at all. Everything was still perfect. It’s literally the only thing I can think of that would make it better.

Pros: Beautiful space, perfect location. Walking distance to the beach, main strip and village. Lots of bars and restaurants and super markets near by. Great facilities and excellent communication with the host

Cons: Need a dust pan and brush available. There is a daily cleaner but we found each morning a bird or squirrel dropped seeds etc over the dinner table. I would have liked to have been able to clean up properly

Cons: Nothing, eveything was perfect Just got bitten by some mosquito which is not the property’s fault.

Had a lovely family stay in this very serene setting

Pros: Loved the layout and design. A little hidden oasis.

Cons: Property was great. Found the cash payment annoying if honest. Credit card would’ve been preferable.

Pros: Clean and worked very well for our traveling party of 3 as each had a bedroom and our own bathroom.

Cons: Lack of information on easiest way to beach. By foot is 700 meters but not mapped you need turn right out of the property and follow around to beach. Can only go this way if walking no bike car access after certain point. Easy walk and much easier than mapped routes.

Pros: It was extremely clean and had a great pool. The location was quiet however one of the ensuites had an open window and we could hear dogs barking until late in the night

Pros: Extremely spacious, clean, great location and staff were very friendly.

Pros: Great location and value for money. Perfect stay if you want to be close to the action and not too far from the beach.
