MAYA LOCA VILLAS WERE FABULOUS!
Pros: We loved the warm staff who all looked after us so well. Even though we visited Maya Loca Villas in the rainy season, the traditional style villa, air conditioned bedroom, outdoor living room, pool and beautiful green gardened courtyard gave is the the perfect place to relax, unwind and connect with nature.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like at all. If we have to give feedback, perhaps add some hooks to hang clothing in the bedroom and a bench to unpack / keep our suitcases and a few hooks outside to hang our pool towels to dry. That aside, we loved staying here!!

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good internet.
Cons: Due to opposite building’s balcony facing Villa 1, I felt there was lack of privacy. I didn’t feel safe even though they mentioned it had nobody which I can’t believe as the lights get on and off during our stay.

A perfect secluded villa
Pros: The 4 bedroom villa, which was huge, the breakfast and the pool. Also the staff.
Cons: Not an issue, but a note to say the villas are located away from the main reception, as when we arrived late at night, we pulled up to reception, only to be told our villa wasn't here but a little down the road, so we were initially concerned we were being given a different villa to what we had booked. As it turned out, it was still a Mayaloka villa, just on a different site.

A very happy group of people looked after us, but a Villa stay was not our cup of tea.
Pros: The private pool was good. It made a few gurgling noises every so often, but not an issue. We asked for a Villa that had asunshine, and close to recepption which we got - Villa No.2. They gave us several free lifts in their car to Seminyak Square and Ku De Ta beachclub which was a really nice touch. They attended to any maintenance issues promptly.
Cons: The mosquito's were very bothersome. We took additional Mortein coils with us, sprayed ourselves, but still got bitten. They lit several coils every morning and evening too and gave us anti mozzie spray. The bedding was getting old, so take your own pillows. Breakfast was OK, but not hotel quality. The frogs & occasional barking dogs kept us awake at night. There was construction happening at the adjoining property, but as we were close to reception (Villa 2) it didn't bother us.

I felt comfortable there and enjoyed my stay very much
Pros: Privacy is really well organized. High walls around he area prevents other people to sneak in. But this will change, because a new hotel (higher than Palmtrees) is being built.
Cons: Change the toilet seats in Villa No. 3. It doesn’t cost a fortune, but this one doesn’t look good at all. All the other items are in a very good shape Be aware that walls, mostly glass, are thin so hear the frogs or the Geckos in the night.

Pros: Serene villa with the perfect outdoor area with nice cool pool. The staff we absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and we even caught up with a staff member at our next stay in Sanur who was performing at a regee bar. Close to great bars and restaurants.
Cons: Nothing.
