Pros: Location, staff, comfort, cleanliness & spaciousness.

Cons: The toilets were generally sluggish - particularly in Villa 3. It did not flush most of the time and almost every day we needed the staff to come in and fix it. The stairs in Villa 1, 2 & 4 were VERY steep and unsafe with no outside railing.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shared pool is large and very nice. The villa is very and and feels like a dining in your own house

Cons: Only negative is a very large window that has no coverings so it's extremely bright in the morning. Bring an eye black out mask.

A great place if you want quiet, with the hustle of Seminyak village only a two minute walk away.

Pros: The staff were great, always very responsive to any requests

Cons: There were regular problems with the Wifi - the staff would fix it, only for it to stop working within 15 minutes.

Great location

Pros: Location. Was very close to Seminyak square and the main parts.

Cons: The stairs. Had to take them 1 by 1. They were really high to go to the bed. Bathroom was downstairs so waking up in the middle of the night to go to bathroom required focus.
