Unicorn Shelter Villa

Pros: Super convenient location, close to a multitude of restaurants and easy to arrange transport if required. However the villa still felt private and secluded. The kids loved the pool and the breakfasts were always delicious. The villa management were super accommodating when we queried a few items.

Cons: We didn't realise when booking that one of the rooms was separate from the main part of the house, given our kids were quite young they didn't want to sleep there away from us. We resolved this by making a bed up in the main house which they were happy with, and the villa staff worked around the change.

Great for a group of couples. Sun and fun with lovely staff (Putu) and helpful villa manager

Pros: The staff. Putu was amazing, great breakfasts and very friendly. Awesome location for Seminyak. Quiet.

Pros: The property is great and comfortable and secure. Pool is nice and shady which keeps the water cool. Indah and Putu were amazing! The breakfasts were delicious!

Cons: Main shower was either boiling hot or cold. Couldn’t get it warm.

Pros: The villa is spacious and very comfortable for a family. Beds are great as are the bathrooms. Pool and living area excellent. Clean & roomy. Brilliant breakfasts by Putu and Indah is very accomodating with requests and helpful service. Short walk down a lane to eat street. Would definitely book here again.

Pros: Our family had such a great time at Unicorn Shelter Villa! The place was spotless, with everything we needed and more. The layout is super unique, recently renovated but still full of Indonesian charm, surrounded by a lush, beautiful garden. So refreshing compared to all those lookalike villa boxes. We also loved the Sensatia shower products so much that we bought a few bottles to take home! The staff was incredibly attentive and helped us arrange a day driver for our late departure, which made things so much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous location for a family vacation. Centrally located, quiet and all the comforts of home.

Pros: Quiet location that was still close to all of the best restaurants and shops in Seminyak. Very roomy villa, massive space for the family. Fabulous breakfast by Putu each morning which was lovely and a highlight of the trip Staff were very attentive, resolved any issues quickly.

Cons: Nothing, we would absolutely book again.

Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful villa. Everything as showed in pictures.

Pros: Nice villa in central location with lots of options for food, drinks or shopping 2-3 minutes away by foot. Nice breakfast and helpful host.

Cons: Upper bedroom is near the water pressure system and makes some noise when it switches on when water is being used. If you are a light sleeper take the ground floor bedroom.

Great area close to shops and restaurants!

Pros: The staff was amazing an so nice. Breakfast every morning was such a bonus! Location is close to main area with shops and restaurants.

Cons: The 3rd bedroom is outside, which isn't safe for a young child and we ended up having to have the kids sleep in the main room with us. The stairs going upstairs are extrememly steep and not child proof. The location is good, but down a long laneway that cars cannot access so you have to bring your bags down.
