Villa Una

Pros: Excellent bali style open villa. Master bedroom is massive. Pool is fantastic Big pool. warm water. ( late december ) good for kids heaps of room to run around. would highly recommend.

Cons: The out house room by the road. Had a bit of a water leaking issue in the bathroom. Only downfall.

Great value for money in a traditional Bali style villa.

Pros: The vila is in a great location right off eat street

Cons: Front villa is a bit noisy as close to the street

Delightful stay

Pros: The staff friendliness was fantastic, always smiling and saying hello. They were able to have different conversations with guests. Mr Ketut also helped organise bikes and anything we needed throughout our stay. The pool was cleaned every day and kept in top condition. The beds and bathrooms were clean and extremely comfortable.

Cons: There was mould on the curtains in different rooms but comparatively it's not an issue

Perfect choice for our family

Pros: Lovely clean villa, cleaned daily by wonderful staff, the gardens also, spotless. The pool was huge, perfect for our family. All rooms were well furnished, comfortable beds, again cleaned daily. Location was great, 5 minute walk from main road of restaurants and shops, absolutely loved it Lovely restaurant called Minta directly across the street

Cons: As previous reviews have mentioned, two rooms are in a separate building and nearer to the road, so susceptible to the road noise more. My son stayed in there and struggled the first night, but after that had no issues, so I'd recommend a heavy sleeper stays there! There is building work behind the villa, a new villa i imagine and they work from 0800-1700 Monday to Saturday. The only time you notice them is if you have a lie in, but even then, you get used to it. Not the villa owners fault obviously but something to bear in mind.

Wonderful villa, good location, lovely staff…a taste of the real Bali

Pros: This villa is absolutely brilliant. Its in a great location, yes the noise from the road, as mentioned, was a bit noisy but soon forgot all about it. The villa is spacious, the pool was a great bonus as was the water dispenser/cooler. Staff who came to clean etc were very friendly and pleasant, always had a smile on their faces. The garden was very well maintained. Please dont book this villa if you want ultra modern, but if you want somewhere more authentic then get it booked. It was absolutely beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and also book it again if we go back to Bali. Special shout out to Nuyman, the driver, top man, always happy to drive us wherever 🥰

Amazing stay, made our holiday in Bali even more perfect

Pros: The location was great, the place was perfect for our stay as we are a big family. Most importantly the staffs were all friendly and great: Pak Ketut, Pak Made, Bu Nyoman and Bu Wayan. Thank you all for a pleasant stay and for sure we will be back!

Cons: The lightning was a bit dark in some places but overall the place is excellent!

Pros: Great location in Seminyak - short walk to restaurants and shops. Thank you to Ketut and your lovely staff - you were wonderful. The villa was really nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The street noise that could be heard from the front room was quite loud. The guests who stayed in this room had difficulty sleeping.

Kind people, great location, massive place! Could easily house twice our party of 5.

Pros: The location was incredible. Off the main drag for a bit of quiet but such an easy walk to all the cool stuff. Handy cafe across the road for slow mornings. The villa manager and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Organising massages at the house for us was amazing!

Cons: Nothing really, but people should know there is a real open to the elements vibe to it which I loved but others might not.

Pros: a great place, love the pool, just a lovely home to have a holidays. A little bit of paradise.

Cons: rooms nearest the fence were noisy from road traffic

Pros: We liked the spacious rooms of the villa, its beautiful outdoor area including a large swimming pool, its perfect location, i.e. close to restaurants, walking distance from the beach, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Seminyak. Last but not least, Ketuk, the villa’s manager, was an asset! We had a warm welcome from him and help with every activity we wanted to organize. He was always at our disposal for any question or problem we had.
