Pros: Everything very well arranged. Many thanks to the staff, they were kind and cooperative. Special thanks to Syifeddin, he accompanied us to Syminiak village and to the beach to attend new year celebration. The pool and other facilities.

Amazing service, outstanding Villa

Pros: Property was very clean at all times the staff especially Patra was very hospitable went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing in every way nothing was a problem at all at any given time Although when arriving to the property as it was late, we had dinner at our villa and there was no Price on the wine list so we ordered a wine to our room and was extremely overpriced😳 The cost was $100 AUD . Which we think was a little bit excessive but other than that we had a lovely time. Thank you for a memorable holiday. Regards Chris & Belinda Alsten

Pros: Our stay at the villa in Bali was nothing short of magical. Impeccable design that blended modern luxury with traditional Balinese charm.The attentive staff, delicious local cuisine, and peaceful atmosphere made it a truly unforgettable escape.

Cons: Only point to mention specific to the penthouse - the outdoor decking could be replaced - some boards were loose.

Pros: The staff was simply amazing, they took really good care of us specially Anom. The breakfast was also great.

Unbelievable luxury with exceptional staff.

Pros: Excellent layout. Zen vibe and absolutely luxurious.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. My only suggestion is a mat by the pool to prevent slipping.

It was very good and the villa was very private. The food provided in the hotel was not very good.

Pros: would prefer a buffet breakfast, the breakfast in the room felt like it was not fresh and it was recooked when they came in the room.

Cons: A buffet or more fresh food. The Japanese restaurant could have been a little better.

Absolutely incredible

Pros: The property was beautiful! All of the people at the property were so friendly and helpful. Everything was made super easy. The room was absolutely incredible and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t fault anything about our experience.

Cons: Nothing.

A personal space with a personal pool.

Pros: We liked the uniqueness of the property and all the things it had. It felt like it was made to live there, and there wasn't much need to go out, but we wanted to go out. The food they prepared was great and the massages for the honeymoon package. I didn't use all of my time on the massages and they let me transfer the time to my wife. The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was giant and spacious too.

Cons: The one thing we didn't like was, for some reason on our last night a bunch of mosquitoes got in and started biting us the middle of the night. The staff were very nice and gave us an extra can of bug killer spray stuff, but it would be nice to have some other ways to kill them. They did have some bug spray that was made there, but it didn't seem to work that great.

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful.

Pros: We loved everything about this villa. So much space, pool was large and clean. The staff were exceptional and catered for all our needs. Breakfast cooked fresh every morning, lunch was beautiful and the evening bbq was crazy good. Their drivers were so friendly and happy to take as around Seminyak when needed. We will return.

Cons: Wasn’t enough hours in the day to enjoy.
