KUTA - 4BR Villa with Private XL Pool

we enjoyed it so much we are looking to make it a yearly event

Pros: pool was great. location was great - a lot of transport had trouble finding it because of a closed gate to the main street. Noor was great and very nice. stunning setting

Cons: a few mozzies came in and we also had a few rats being in and around the kitchen

100% recommend for families or groups

Pros: Big, spacious villa with a great outdoor area. Close to discovery and many small vendors. Property has all utensils and appliance you will need with ample space for those who like to cook. Our villa host Nur was absolutely wonderful and kept us well informed as well as the property manager Philippe who had great communications leading right up and through our stay. There is also a lovely gentleman in the complex of Villa Regency by the name of Made (pronounce maa day) that is also available to help with transportation who is highly recommended. The main attraction to this property was the pool and it was HUUUUGE!! and very deep. My hubby is 6 foot and the water was above his head so caution is needed with young kids. For those a bit cautious of drinking water, there are 2 bottle filter machines, 1 up stairs and 1 down stairs, that has 3 options boiled, room temp and cold. When I say they have thought of everything a family or group would need they have it covered. Will 100% stay again.

Great Villa and lovely staff!

Pros: Great value for money in a fantastic location! Our stay at the villa was amazing. The neighborhood is perfect—quiet yet close to everything. For the price, the quality is outstanding! The service was exceptional. A few minor issues were quickly resolved after a simple message, which made our stay even better.

Cons: It’s hard to find anything to improve, but if I had to mention one thing, the pool table’s cloth could use an update. Overall, everything was top-notch, and we’d love to come back!

First class trip

Pros: The villa was wonderful. The pool was amazingly big. The pool table was a nice pastime for the children in addition to swimming. The service and cleaning was first class. Especially the housekeeper who came almost every day, who looked after and helped in every matter.

Cons: An open exterior wall in the living room

Pros: The property was clean, cool and well maintained. The pool was a great escape from the heat.

Cons: The beds were creaky and sounded like they would break.

Pros: This was a huge property with many breakout areas. It was well located and close to shops and malls. The swimming pool is very large and the outdoor pool table was a treat. 

Cons: the bathrooms are a little bit dated and may require a little bit of maintenance. Overall the property is a little bit rundown and may require a little bit of freshening up.

Pros: The villa was very big and beautiful, the garden with the big pool was very nice and very private. We good not believe that we have this for about the same money as the first villa and it was only 300m away from the first one, we know for the next time that we go straight to this villa. The staff were very nice and friendly and even came back the first night after their working hours to fix a little problem. Our thanks to all of you, we will see you next time for sure.

Cons: If I knew this Villa before, I would not have gone to the first villa. Our holiday was too short, we wouldn't leave.
